1 [다윗이 아비멜렉 앞에서 미친체하다가 쫓겨나서 지은 詩(시)] 내가 여호와를 恒常(항상) 頌祝(송축)함이여 그를 頌祝(송축)함이 내 입에 繼續(계속)하리로다

Of David. When he pretended to be insane before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he left. I will extol the LORD at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.

{A Psalm of David, when he changed his behaviour before Abimelech; who drove him away, and he departed.} I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

2 내 靈魂(영혼)이 여호와로 자랑하리니 困苦(곤고)한 者(자)가 이를 듣고 기뻐하리로다

My soul will boast in the LORD; let the afflicted hear and rejoice.

My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.

3 나와 함께 여호와를 廣大(광대)하시다 하며 함께 그 이름을 높이세

Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt his name together.

O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.

4 내가 여호와께 求(구)하매 내게 應答(응답)하시고 내 모든 두려움에서 나를 건지셨도다

I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.

5 저희가 主(주)를 仰望(앙망)하고 光彩(광채)를 입었으니 그 얼굴이 永永(영영)히 부끄럽지 아니하리로다

Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.

They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.

6 困苦(곤고)한 者(자)가 부르짖으매 여호와께서 들으시고 그 모든 患難(환난)에서 救援(구원)하셨도다

This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles.

7 여호와의 使者(사자)가 主(주)를 敬畏(경외)하는 者(자)를 둘러 陣(진)치고 저희를 건지시는도다

The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.

8 너희는 여호와의 善(선)하심맛보아 알찌어다 그에게 避(피)하는 者(자)는 福(복)이 있도다

Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.

9 너희 聖徒(성도)들아 여호와를 敬畏(경외)하라 저를 敬畏(경외)하는 者(자)에게는 不足(부족)함이 없도다

Fear the LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing.

O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.

10 젊은 獅子(사자)는 窮乏(궁핍)하여 주릴찌라도 여호와를 찾는 者(자)는 모든 좋은 것에 不足(부족)함이 없으리로다

The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.

The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

11 너희 小子(소자)들아 와서 내게 들으라 내가 여호와를 敬畏(경외)함을 너희에게 가르치리로다

Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

12 生命(생명)을 思慕(사모)하고 長壽(장수)하여 福(복) 받기를 願(원)하는 사람이 누구뇨

Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days,

What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

13 네 혀를 惡(악)에서 禁(금)하며 네 입술을 詭詐(궤사)한 말에서 禁(금)할찌어다

keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies.

Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.

14 惡(악)을 버리고 善(선)을 行(행)하며 和平(화평)을 찾아 따를찌어다

Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

15 여호와의 눈은 義人(의인)을 向(향)하시고 그 귀는 저희 부르짖음에 기울이시는도다

The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry;

The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

16 여호와의 얼굴은 行惡(행악)하는 者(자)를 對(대)하사 저희의 1)자취를 땅에서 끊으려 하시는도다

the face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth.

The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

17 義人(의인)이 외치매 여호와께서 들으시고 저희의 모든 患難(환난)에서 건지셨도다

The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.

The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

18 여호와는 마음이 傷(상)한 者(자)에게 가까이 하시고 中心(중심)에 痛悔(통회)하는 者(자)를 救援(구원)하시는도다

The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

19 義人(의인)은 苦難(고난)이 많으나 여호와께서 그 모든 苦難(고난)에서 건지시는도다

A righteous man may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all;

Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

20 그 모든 뼈를 保護(보호)하심이여 그 中(중)에 하나도 꺽이지 아니하도다

he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.

He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.

21 惡(악)이 惡人(악인)을 죽일 것이라 義人(의인)을 미워하는 者(자)는 罪(죄)를 받으리로다

Evil will slay the wicked; the foes of the righteous will be condemned.

Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.

22 여호와께서 들의 靈魂(영혼)을 救贖(구속)하시나니 저에게 避(피)하는 者(자)는 다 罪(죄)를 받지 아니하리로다

The LORD redeems his servants; no one will be condemned who takes refuge in him.

The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
