ㅇ너희의 아는 바와 같이 이틀을 지나면 ㅈ逾越節(유월절)이라 ㅊ人子(인자)가 ㅋ十字架(십자가)에 못 박히기 爲(위)하여 팔리우리라 하시더라
As you know, the Passover is two days away--and the Son of Man will be handed over to be crucified. Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified. |

ㅌ그 때에 大祭司長(대제사장)들과 百姓(백성)의 長老(장로)들이 ㅍ가야바라 하는 大祭司長(대제사장)의 ㅎ衙門(아문)에

Then the chief priests and the elders of the people assembled in the palace of the high priest, whose name was Caiaphas, Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas, |

ㅏ예수를 詭計(궤계)로 잡아 죽이려고 議論(의논)하되
and they plotted to arrest Jesus in some sly way and kill him. And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him. |

말하기를 ㅑ民擾(민요)가 날까 하노니 名節(명절)에는 말자 하더라
But not during the Feast, they said, "or there may be a riot among the people." But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people. |

● ㅓ예수께서 ㅕ베다니 문둥이 시몬의 집에 계실 때에
While Jesus was in Bethany in the home of a man known as Simon the Leper, Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, |

한 女子(여자)가 매우 貴(귀)한 香油(향유) 한 玉盒(옥합)을 가지고 나아와서 食事(식사)하시는 예수의 머리에 부으니
a woman came to him with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, which she poured on his head as he was reclining at the table. There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat. |

弟子(제자)들이 보고 憤(분)하여 가로되 무슨 意思(의사)로 이것을 虛費(허비)하느뇨
When the disciples saw this, they were indignant. "Why this waste?" they asked. But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste? |

이것을 많은 값에 팔아 ㅗ가난한 者(자)들에게 줄 수 있었겠도다 하거늘

The poor you will always have with you, but you will not always have me. For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always. |

내가 眞實(진실)로 너희에게 이르노니 온 天下(천하)에 어디서든지 이이 福音(복음)이 傳播(전파)되는 곳에는 이 女子(여자)의 行(행)한 일도 말하여 ㅐ저를 記念(기념)하리라 하시니라
I tell you the truth, wherever this gospel is preached throughout the world, what she has done will also be told, in memory of her." Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her. |

● ㄱ그 때에 열 둘 中(중)에 하나인 ㄴ가룟 유다라 하는 者(자)가 大祭司長(대제사장)들에게 가서 말하되
Then one of the Twelve--the one called Judas Iscariot--went to the chief priests Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, |

내가 예수를 너희에게 넘겨 주리니 얼마나 주려느냐 하니 그들이 ㄷ銀(은) 三十(삼십)을 ㄹ달아 주거늘
and asked, "What are you willing to give me if I hand him over to you?" So they counted out for him thirty silver coins. And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver. |

저가 그 때부터 ㅁ예수를 넘겨줄 機會(기회)를 찾더라
From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand him over. And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him. |
17 |
● ㅂ無酵節(무교절)의 ㅅ첫 날에 弟子(제자)들이 예수께 나아와서 가로되 逾越節(유월절) 잡수실 것을 우리가 어디서 豫備(예비)하기를
願(원)하시나이까
On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover?" Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover? |

가라사대 城(성) 안 아무에게 가서 이르되 ㅇ先生(선생)님 말씀이 ㅈ내 때가 가까왔으니 내 弟子(제자)들과 함께 逾越節(유월절)을 네
집에서 지키겠다 하시더라 하라 하신대
He replied, "Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, 'The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.'" And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples. |

弟子(제자)들이 예수의 시키신대로 하여 逾越節(유월절)을 豫備(예비)하였더라
So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover. And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover. |

ㅊ저물 때에 예수께서 열 두 弟子(제자)와 함께 1)앉으셨더니
When evening came, Jesus was reclining at the table with the Twelve. Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve. |

저희가 먹을 때에 이르시되 ㅋ내가 眞實(진실)로 너희에게 이르노니 너희 中(중)에 한 사람이 나를 팔리라 하시니

And while they were eating, he said, "I tell you the truth, one of you will betray me." And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me. |

저희가 甚(심)히 근심하여 各各(각각) 여짜오되 主(주)여 내니이까
They were very sad and began to say to him one after the other, "Surely not I, Lord?" And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I? |

對答(대답)하여 가라사대 ㅌ나와 함께 그릇에 손을 넣는 그가 나를 팔리라

人子(인자)는 自己(자기)에게 對(대)하여 ㅍ記錄(기록)된대로 가거니와 ㅎ人子(인자)를 파는 그 사람에게는 禍(화)가 있으리로다 ㅏ그 사람은 차라리 나지 아니하였더면 제게 좋을 뻔하였느니라
The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him. But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born." The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born. |

예수를 파는 유다가 對答(대답)하여 가로되 ㅑ랍비여 내니이까 對答(대답)하시되 ㅓ네가 말하였도다 하시니라
Then Judas, the one who would betray him, said, "Surely not I, Rabbi?" Jesus answered, "Yes, it is you." Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, Thou hast said. |

ㅕ저희가 먹을 때에 예수께서 떡을 가지사 ㅗ祝福(축복)하시고 떼어 弟子(제자)들을 주시며 가라사대 받아 먹으라 ㅛ이것이 내 몸이니라 하시고
While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. |

또 盞(잔)을 가지사 ㅜ謝禮(사례)하시고 저희에게 주시며 가라사대 너희가 다 이것을 마시라

이것은 ㅠ罪(죄) 赦(사)함을 얻게 하려고 으많은 사람을 爲(위)하여 흘리는 바 나의 이피 곧 言約(언약)의 피니라
This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. |

그러나 너희에게 이르노니 내가 葡萄(포도)나무에서 난 것을 이제부터 ㅐ내 아버지의 나라에서 새 것으로 너희와 함께 마시는 날까지 마시지 아니하리라 하시니라

I tell you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it anew with you in my Father's kingdom." But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom. |

● 이에 저희가 ㄱ讚美(찬미)하고 ㄴ橄欖山(감람산)으로 ㄷ나아가니라
When they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives. |

● 때에 예수께서 弟子(제자)들에게 이르시되 ㄹ오늘 밤에 너희가 다 나를 2)버리리라 記錄(기록)된바 ㅁ내가 牧者(목자)를 치리니 羊(양)의 떼가
흩어지리라 하였느니라
Then Jesus told them, "This very night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written: "'I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.' Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad. |

그러나 내가 살아난 後(후)에 ㅂ너희보다 먼저 갈릴리로 가리라
But after I have risen, I will go ahead of you into Galilee." But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee. |
33 |
ㅅ베드로가 對答(대답)하여 가로되 다 主(주)를 3)버릴찌라도 나는 언제든지 4)버리지 않겠나이다
Peter replied, "Even if all fall away on account of you, I never will." Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of thee, yet will I never be offended. |

ㅇ예수께서 가라사대 내가 眞實(진실)로 네게 이르노니 오늘 밤 ㅈ닭 울기 前(전)에 네가 세 번 나를 否認(부인)하리라
I tell you the truth, Jesus answered, "this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times." Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. |
35 |
ㅊ베드로가 가로되 내가 主(주)와 함께 죽을찌언정 主(주)를 否認(부인)하지 않겠나이다 하고 모든 弟子(제자)도 이와 같이 말하니라
But Peter declared, "Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you." And all the other disciples said the same. Peter said unto him, Though I should die with thee, yet will I not deny thee. Likewise also said all the disciples. |

● ㅋ이에 예수께서 弟子(제자)들과 함께 겟세마네라 하는 곳에 이르러 弟子(제자)들에게 이르시되 내가 저기 가서 祈禱(기도)할 동안에 너희는 여기 앉아 있으라 하시고
Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, "Sit here while I go over there and pray." Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder. |

ㅌ베드로와 세베대의 ㅍ두 아들을 데리고 가실새 苦悶(고민)하고 슬퍼하사
He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled. And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy. |
38 |
이에 말씀하시되 ㅎ내 마음이 甚(심)히 苦悶(고민)하여 죽게 되었으니 너희는 여기 머물러 ㅏ나와 함께 깨어 있으라
하시고
Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me." Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. |
39 |
조금 나아가사 얼굴을 땅에 대시고 엎드려 ㅑ祈禱(기도)하여 가라사대 내 아버지여 萬一(만일) 할만하시거든 ㅓ이 盞(잔)을 내게서 지나가게 하옵소서 ㅕ그러나 나의
願(원)대로 마옵시고 아버지의 願(원)대로 하옵소서 하시고
Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will." And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. |

弟子(제자)들에게 오사 그 자는 것을 보시고 베드로에게 말씀하시되 너희가 나와 함께 한 時(시) 동안도 이렇게 깨어 있을 수 없더냐
Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. "Could you men not keep watch with me for one hour?" he asked Peter. And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? |

ㅗ試驗(시험)에 들지 않게 깨어 있어 ㅛ祈禱(기도)하라 마음에는 願(원)이로되 肉身(육신)이 弱(약)하도다 하시고
Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak. Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. |

다시 두 番(번)째 나아가 祈禱(기도)하여 가라사대 내 아버지여 萬一(만일) 내가 마시지 않고는 이 盞(잔)이 내게서 지나갈 수 없거든 ㅜ아버지의 願(원)대로 되기를 願(원)하나이다 하시고
He went away a second time and prayed, "My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done." He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. |

다시 오사 보신즉 저희가 자니 이는 ㅠ저희 눈이 疲困(피곤)함일러라

이에 弟子(제자)들에게 오사 이르시되 이제는 자고 쉬라 보라 이때가 가까왔으니 ㅐ人子(인자)가 罪人(죄인)의 손에 팔리우느니라
Then he returned to the disciples and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour is near, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. |

일어나라 함께 가자 보라 나를 파는 者(자)가 가까이 왔느니라
Rise, let us go! Here comes my betrayer!" Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me. |

● ㄱ말씀하실 때에 열 둘 中(중)에 하나인 ㄴ유다가 왔는데 大祭司長(대제사장)들과 百姓(백성)의 長老(장로)들에게서 派送(파송)된 큰 무리가 劍(검)과 몽치를
가지고 그와 함께 하였더라
While he was still speaking, Judas, one of the Twelve, arrived. With him was a large crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent from the chief priests and the elders of the people. And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people. |

예수를 파는 者(자)가 그들에게 軍號(군호)를 짜 가로되 내가 입맞추는 者(자)가 그이니 그를 잡으라 하였는지라
Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them: "The one I kiss is the man; arrest him." Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast. |

곧 예수께 나아와 ㄷ랍비여 安寧(안녕)하시옵니까 하고 ㄹ입을 맞추니
Going at once to Jesus, Judas said, "Greetings, Rabbi!" and kissed him. And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him. |

예수께서 가라사대 ㅁ親舊(친구)여 ㅂ네가 무엇을 하려고 왔는지 行(행)하라 하신대 이에 저희가 나아와 예수께 손을 대어 잡는지라
Jesus replied, "Friend, do what you came for." Then the men stepped forward, seized Jesus and arrested him. And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him. |

예수와 함께 있던 者(자) 中(중)에 하나가 손을 펴 ㅅ劍(검)을 빼어 大祭司長(대제사장)의 종을 쳐 그 귀를 떨어뜨리니

이에 예수께서 이르시되 네 劍(검)을 도로 집에 꽂으라 ㅇ劍(검)을 가지는 者(자)는 다 劍(검)으로 亡(망)하느니라
Put your sword back in its place, Jesus said to him, "for all who draw the sword will die by the sword. Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. |

너는 내가 내 아버지께 求(구)하여 지금 ㅈ열 두 營(영) ㅊ더 되는 天使(천사)를 보내시게 할 수 없는 줄로
ㅋ아느냐
Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels? Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? |

ㅌ내가 萬一(만일) 그렇게 하면 이런 일이 있으리라 한 聖經(성경)이 어떻게 이루어지리요 하시더라
But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen in this way?" But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be? |

그 때에 예수께서 무리에게 말씀하시되 너희가 强盜(강도)를 잡는 것같이 劍(검)과 몽치를 가지고 나를 잡으러 나왔느냐 ㅍ내가
날마다 聖殿(성전)에
앉아 ㅎ가르쳤으되 너희가 나를 잡지 아니하였도다
At that time Jesus said to the crowd, "Am I leading a rebellion, that you have come out with swords and clubs to capture me? Every day I sat in the temple courts teaching, and you did not arrest me. In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staves for to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me. |

그러나 이렇게 된 것은 다 先知者(선지자)들의 글을 이루려 함이니라 하시더라 ㅏ이에 弟子(제자)들이 다 예수를 버리고 逃亡(도망)하니라
But this has all taken place that the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled." Then all the disciples deserted him and fled. But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled. |

● ㅑ예수를 잡은 者(자)들이 ㅓ끌고 大祭司長(대제사장) ㅕ가야바에게로 가니 거기 書記官(서기관)과 長老(장로)들이 모여 있더라
Those who had arrested Jesus took him to Caiaphas, the high priest, where the teachers of the law and the elders had assembled. And they that had laid hold on Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled. |

ㅗ베드로가 멀찍이 예수를 좇아 大祭司長(대제사장)의 집 뜰에까지 가서 그 結局(결국)을
보려고 안에 들어가 ㅛ下屬(하속)들과 함께 앉았더라
But Peter followed him at a distance, right up to the courtyard of the high priest. He entered and sat down with the guards to see the outcome. But Peter followed him afar off unto the high priest's palace, and went in, and sat with the servants, to see the end. |

大祭司長(대제사장)들과 온 ㅜ公會(공회)가 예수를 죽이려고 그를 칠 ㅠ거짓 證據(증거)를 찾으매
The chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were looking for false evidence against Jesus so that they could put him to death. Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death; |

으거짓 證人(증인)이 많이 왔으나 얻지 못하더니 後(후)에 이두 사람이 와서
But they did not find any, though many false witnesses came forward. Finally two came forward But found none: yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses, |

가로되 ㅐ이 사람의 말이 ㄱ내가 하나님의 聖殿(성전)을 헐고 사흘에 지을 수 있다 하더라 하니
and declared, "This fellow said, 'I am able to destroy the temple of God and rebuild it in three days.'" And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days. |

大祭司長(대제사장)이 일어서서 예수께 묻되 아무 對答(대답)도 없느냐 이 사람들의 너를 치는 證據(증거)가 어떠하뇨 하되
Then the high priest stood up and said to Jesus, "Are you not going to answer? What is this testimony that these men are bringing against you?" And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee? |

ㄴ예수께서 潛潛(잠잠)하시거늘 ㄷ大祭司長(대제사장)이 가로되 내가 너로 ㄹ살아 계신 하나님께
ㅁ盟誓(맹세)하게 하노니 네가 ㅂ하나님의 아들 ㅅ그리스도인지 ㅇ우리에게 말하라
But Jesus remained silent. The high priest said to him, "I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God." But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God. |

예수께서 가라사대 ㅈ네가 말하였느니라 그러나 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이 後(후)에 人子(인자)가 ㅊ權能(권능)의 右便(우편)에 앉은 것과 하늘 구름을 타고
오는 것을 ㅋ너희가 보리라 하시니
Yes, it is as you say, Jesus replied. "But I say to all of you: In the future you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven." Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. |

이에 大祭司長(대제사장)이 ㅌ自己(자기) 옷을 찢으며 가로되 ㅍ저가 僭濫(참람)한 말을 하였으니 어찌 더 證人(증인)을 要求(요구)하리요 보라 너희가 지금 이 僭濫(참람)한 말을 들었도다
Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, "He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy. ● ㅗ베드로가 ㅛ바깥 뜰에 앉았더니 한 婢子(비자)가 나아와 가로되 너도 갈릴리 사람 예수와 함께 있었도다 하거늘
Now Peter was sitting out in the courtyard, and a servant girl came to him. "You also were with Jesus of Galilee," she said. Now Peter sat without in the palace: and a damsel came unto him, saying, Thou also wast with Jesus of Galilee. |

But he denied it before them all. "I don't know what you're talking about," he said. But he denied before them all, saying, I know not what thou sayest. |

앞門(문)까지 나아가니 다른 婢子(비자)가 저를 보고 거기 있는 사람들에게 말하되 이 사람은 ㅜ나사렛 예수와 함께 있었도다 하매

He denied it again, with an oath: "I don't know the man!" And again he denied with an oath, I do not know the man. |

조금 後(후)에 곁에 섰던 사람들이 나아와 베드로에게 이르되 너도 眞實(진실)로 그 黨(당)이라 ㅠ네 말소리가 너를 表明(표명)한다 하거늘

Then he began to call down curses on himself and he swore to them, "I don't know the man!" Immediately a rooster crowed. Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew. |

이에 베드로가 예수의 말씀에 으닭 울기 前(전)에 이네가 세 번 나를 否認(부인)하리라 하심이 생각나서 밖에 나가서 甚(심)히 痛哭(통곡)하니라
Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken: "Before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times." And he went outside and wept bitterly. And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And he went out, and wept bitterly. |
