ㅗ예수께서 그리스도이심을 ㅛ믿는 者(자)마다 ㅜ하나님께로서 난 者(자)니 또한
ㅠ내신 이를 사랑하는 者(자)마다 그에게 난 者(자)를 사랑하느니라
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well. Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. |

우리가 하나님을 사랑하고 그의 誡命(계명)들을 지킬 때에 으이로써 우리가 하나님의 子女(자녀) 사랑하는 줄을 아느니라
This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. |

하나님을 이사랑하는 것은 이것이니 ㅐ우리가 그의 誡命(계명)들을 지키는 것이라 ㄱ그의
誡命(계명)들은 무거운 것이 아니로다
This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. |

大抵(대저) ㄴ하나님께로서 난 者(자)마다 世上(세상)을 이기느니라 世上(세상)을 이긴 이김은 이것이니
ㄷ우리의 믿음이니라
for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. |

Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? |

이는 ㅁ물과 피로 臨(임)하신 者(자)니 곧 예수 그리스도시라 물로만 아니요 물과 피로 臨(임)하셨고
This is the one who came by water and blood--Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. |

ㅂ證據(증거)하는 이는 聖靈(성령)이시니
ㅅ聖靈(성령)은
1)眞理(진리)니라
For there are three that testify: For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. |

證據(증거)하는 이가 셋이니 聖靈(성령)과
물과 피라 또한 이 셋이 合(합)하여 하나이니라
the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. |

ㅇ萬一(만일) 우리가 사람들의 證據(증거)를 받을찐대 하나님의 證據(증거)는 더욱 크도다 하나님의 證據(증거)는 이것이니 ㅈ그
아들에 關(관)하여 證據(증거)하신 것이니라
We accept man's testimony, but God's testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son. If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. |

하나님의 아들을 믿는 者(자)는 ㅊ自己(자기) 안에 證據(증거)가 있고 하나님을 믿지 아니하는 者(자)는 ㅋ하나님을 거짓말하는 者(자)로 만드나니 ㅌ이는 하나님께서

아들에 關(관)하여 證據(증거)하신 證據(증거)를 믿지 아니하였음이라
Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. |

또 證據(증거)는 이것이니 하나님이 ㅍ우리에게 永生(영생)을 주신 것과 ㅎ이 生命(생명)이 그의 아들 안에 있는 그것이니라
And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. |

ㅏ아들이 있는 者(자)에게는 生命(생명)이 있고 하나님의 아들이
없는 者(자)에게는 生命(생명)이 없느니라
He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. |

● 내가 ㅑ하나님의 아들의 이름을 믿는
너희에게 ㅓ이것을 쓴 것은 너희로 하여금 너희에게 永生(영생)이 있음을 알게 하려 함이라
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. |

ㅕ그를 向(향)하여 우리의 가진 바 膽大(담대)한
것이 이것이니 ㅗ그의 뜻대로 무엇을 求(구)하면 들으심이라
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: |
15 |
우리가 무엇이든지 求(구)하는 바를 들으시는 줄을 안즉 우리가 그에게 求(구)한 그것을 얻은 줄을 또한 아느니라
And if we know that he hears us--whatever we ask--we know that we have what we asked of him. And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. |

누구든지 兄弟(형제)가 死亡(사망)에 이르지 아니한
罪(죄) 犯(범)하는 것을 보거든 求(구)하라 2)그러면 死亡(사망)에 이르지
아니하는 犯罪者(범죄자)들을 爲(위)하여 ㅛ저에게 生命(생명)을 주시리라 ㅜ死亡(사망)에 이르는 罪(죄)가 있으니 ㅠ이에 對(대)하여 나는 求(구)하라 하지 않노라
If anyone sees his brother commit a sin that does not lead to death, he should pray and God will give him life. I refer to those whose sin does not lead to death. There is a sin that leads to death. I am not saying that he should pray about that. If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it. |

으모든 不義(불의)가 罪(죄)로되 死亡(사망)에 이르지

● 이하나님께로서 난 者(자)마다 犯罪(범죄)치 아니하는 줄을 우리가 아노라
ㅐ하나님께로서 3)나신 者(자)가 ㄱ저를 ㄴ지키시매 惡(악)한 者(자)가
저를 만지지도 못하느니라
We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin; the one who was born of God keeps him safe, and the evil one cannot harm him. We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. |
19 |
또 아는 것은 우리는 하나님께 屬(속)하고 ㄷ온 世上(세상)은 惡(악)한 者(자) 안에 處(처)한 것이며
We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one. And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. |
20 |
또 아는 것은 하나님의 아들이 이르러
ㄹ우리에게 知覺(지각)을 주사 우리로 ㅁ참된 者(자)를
알게 하신 것과 또한 우리가 참된 者(자) 곧 그의 아들 예수 그리스도 안에 있는 것이니 그는 참
하나님이시요 ㅂ永生(영생)이시라
We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true--even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life. And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. |

子女(자녀)들아 너희 自身(자신)을 지켜 ㅅ偶像(우상)에서 멀리 하라
Dear children, keep yourselves from idols. Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. |
