빌라도가 다시 밖에 나가 말하되 보라 이 사람을 데리고 너희에게 나오나니 이는 ㄷ내가 그에게서 아무 罪(죄)도 찾지 못한 것을 너희로 알게 하려 함이로다 하더라
Once more Pilate came out and said to the Jews, "Look, I am bringing him out to you to let you know that I find no basis for a charge against him." Pilate therefore went forth again, and saith unto them, Behold, I bring him forth to you, that ye may know that I find no fault in him. |

When Jesus came out wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe, Pilate said to them, "Here is the man!" Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple robe. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man! |

大祭司長(대제사장)들과 下屬(하속)들이 예수를 보고 소리 질러 가로되 十字架(십자가)에 못 박게 하소서 十字架(십자가)에 못 박게 하소서 하는지라 빌라도가 가로되
ㅂ너희가 親(친)히 데려다가 十字架(십자가)에 못 박으라 ㅅ나는 그에게서 罪(죄)를 찾지 못하노라
As soon as the chief priests and their officials saw him, they shouted, "Crucify! Crucify!" But Pilate answered, "You take him and crucify him. As for me, I find no basis for a charge against him." When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no fault in him. |

유대人(인)들이 對答(대답)하되 우리에게 法(법)이 있으니 ㅇ그 法(법)대로 하면 저가 當然(당연)히 죽을 것은 ㅈ저가 自己(자기)를 하나님 아들이라 함이니이다
The Jews insisted, "We have a law, and according to that law he must die, because he claimed to be the Son of God." The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God. |

빌라도가 이 말을 듣고 ㅊ더욱 두려워하여

and he went back inside the palace. "Where do you come from?" he asked Jesus, but Jesus gave him no answer. And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer. |

빌라도가 가로되 내게 말하지 아니하느냐 내가 너를 놓을 權勢(권세)도 있고 十字架(십자가)에 못 박을 權勢(권세)도 있는 줄 알지 못하느냐
Do you refuse to speak to me? Pilate said. "Don't you realize I have power either to free you or to crucify you?" Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee? |

예수께서 對答(대답)하시되 위에서 주지 아니하셨더면 ㅎ나를 害(해)할 權勢(권세)가 없었으리니 그러므로 ㅏ나를 네게 넘겨준 者(자)의 ㅑ罪(죄)는
더 크니라 하시니
Jesus answered, "You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above. Therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin." Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin. |

이러하므로 ㅓ빌라도가 예수를 놓으려고 힘썼으나 유대人(인)들이 소리질러 가로되 이 사람을 놓으면 가이사의 忠臣(충신)이 아니니이다 무릇
ㅕ自己(자기)를 王(왕)이라 하는 者(자)는 가이사를 叛逆(반역)하는 것이니이다
From then on, Pilate tried to set Jesus free, but the Jews kept shouting, "If you let this man go, you are no friend of Caesar. Anyone who claims to be a king opposes Caesar." And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar's friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar. |

빌라도가 이 말을 듣고 예수를 끌고 나와서 박석 (히브리 말로 가바다)이란 곳에서 ㅗ裁判席(재판석)에 앉았더라

It was the day of Preparation of Passover Week, about the sixth hour. "Here is your king," Pilate said to the Jews. And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King! |

저희가 소리지르되 ㅠ없이 하소서 없이 하소서 저를 十字架(십자가)에 못 박게 하소서 빌라도가 가로되 내가 너희 王(왕)을 十字架(십자가)에 못 박으랴 大祭司長(대제사장)들이
對答(대답)하되 가이사 外(외)에는 우리에게 王(왕)이 없나이다 하니
But they shouted, "Take him away! Take him away! Crucify him!" "Shall I crucify your king?" Pilate asked. "We have no king but Caesar," the chief priests answered. But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar. |

으이에 이예수를 十字架(십자가)에 못 박히게 저희에게 넘겨주니라
Finally Pilate handed him over to them to be crucified. So the soldiers took charge of Jesus. Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away. |

● 저희가 예수를 맡으매 예수께서 ㅐ自己(자기)의 十字架(십자가)를 지시고 ㄱ骸骨(해골) 히브리 말로 골고다이라 하는 곳에 나오시니
Carrying his own cross, he went out to the place of the Skull (which in Aramaic is called Golgotha). And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha: |

저희가 ㄴ거기서 예수를 十字架(십자가)에 못 박을새 다른 두 사람도 그와 함께 左右便(좌우편)에 못 박으니 예수는 가운데 있더라
Here they crucified him, and with him two others--one on each side and Jesus in the middle. Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst. |

빌라도가 ㄷ牌(패)를 써서 十字架(십자가) 위에 붙이니 나사렛 예수 유대人(인)의 王(왕)이라 記錄(기록)되었더라
Pilate had a notice prepared and fastened to the cross. It read: JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS. And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS. |

ㄹ예수의 못 박히신 곳이 城(성)에서 가까운 故(고)로 많은 유대人(인)이 이 牌(패)를 읽는데 히브리와 로마와 헬라 말로
記錄(기록)되었더라
Many of the Jews read this sign, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and the sign was written in Aramaic, Latin and Greek. This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin. |

빌라도가 對答(대답)하되 나의 쓸 것을 썼다 하니라
Pilate answered, "What I have written, I have written." Pilate answered, What I have written I have written. |

● ㅂ軍兵(군병)들이 예수를 十字架(십자가)에 못 박히고 그의 옷을 取(취)하여 네 깃에 나눠 각각 한 깃씩 얻고 속옷도 取(취)하니 이 속옷은 호지
아니하고 위에서부터 通(통)으로 짠 것이라
When the soldiers crucified Jesus, they took his clothes, dividing them into four shares, one for each of them, with the undergarment remaining. This garment was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom. Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. |

軍兵(군병)들이 서로 말하되 이것을 찢지 말고 누가 얻나 제비 뽑자 하니 ㅅ이는 聖經(성경)에 ㅇ저희가 내 옷을 나누고 내 옷을 제비 뽑나이다 한 것을 應(응)하게 하려
함이러라 軍兵(군병)들은 이런 일을 하고
Let's not tear it, they said to one another. "Let's decide by lot who will get it." This happened that the scripture might be fulfilled which said, "They divided my garments among them and cast lots for my clothing." So this is what the soldiers did. They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did. |

ㅈ예수의 十字架(십자가) 곁에는 그 母親(모친)과 姨母(이모)와 글로바의 아내 마리아와 막달라 마리아가 섰는지라
Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother, his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene. |

예수께서 그 母親(모친)과 사랑하시는 ㅊ弟子(제자)가 곁에 섰는 것을 보시고 그 母親(모친)께 말씀하시되 ㅋ女子(여자)여 보소서 아들이니이다 하시고
When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to his mother, "Dear woman, here is your son," When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! |

또 그 弟子(제자)에게 이르시되 보라 네 어머니라 하신대 그 때부터 그 弟子(제자)가 ㅌ自己(자기) 집에 모시니라
and to the disciple, "Here is your mother." From that time on, this disciple took her into his home. Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home. |

● 이 後(후)에 예수께서 ㅍ모든 일이 이미 이룬 줄 아시고 聖經(성경)으로 應(응)하게 하려
하사 가라사대 ㅎ내가 목마르다 하시니
Later, knowing that all was now completed, and so that the Scripture would be fulfilled, Jesus said, "I am thirsty." After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. |

거기 신 葡萄酒(포도주)가 가득히 담긴 그릇이 있는지라 ㅏ사람들이 신 葡萄酒(포도주)를 머금은 海絨(해융)을 牛膝草(우슬초)에 매어 예수의 입에 대니
A jar of wine vinegar was there, so they soaked a sponge in it, put the sponge on a stalk of the hyssop plant, and lifted it to Jesus' lips. Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth. |

예수께서 신 葡萄酒(포도주)를 받으신 後(후) 가라사대 ㅑ다 이루었다 하시고 머리를 숙이시고 ㅓ靈魂(영혼)이 돌아가시니라
When he had received the drink, Jesus said, "It is finished." With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost. |

● 이 날은 ㅕ豫備日(예비일)이라 유대人(인)들은 그 安息日(안식일)이 ㅗ큰 날이므로 그 安息日(안식일)에 ㅛ屍體(시체)들을 十字架(십자가)에
두지 아니하려 하여 빌라도에게 그들의 다리를 꺾어 屍體(시체)를 치워 달라 하니
Now it was the day of Preparation, and the next day was to be a special Sabbath. Because the Jews did not want the bodies left on the crosses during the Sabbath, they asked Pilate to have the legs broken and the bodies taken down. The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. |

But when they came to Jesus and found that he was already dead, they did not break his legs. But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs: |

그 中(중) 한 軍兵(군병)이 槍(창)으로 옆구리를 찌르니 곧 ㅠ피와 물이 나오더라
Instead, one of the soldiers pierced Jesus' side with a spear, bringing a sudden flow of blood and water. But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water. |
35 |
으이를 본 者(자)가 證據(증거)하였으니 이그 證據(증거)가 참이라 저가
自己(자기)의 말하는 것이 참인 줄 알고 ㅐ너희로 믿게 하려 함이니라
The man who saw it has given testimony, and his testimony is true. He knows that he tells the truth, and he testifies so that you also may believe. And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe. |
36 |
ㄱ이 일이 이룬 것은 ㄴ그 뼈가 하나도 ㄷ꺾이우지 아니하리라 한 聖經(성경)을 應(응)하게 하려
함이라
These things happened so that the scripture would be fulfilled: "Not one of his bones will be broken," For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken. |

또 다른 聖經(성경)에 ㄹ저희가 그 찌른 者(자)를 보리라 하였느니라
and, as another scripture says, "They will look on the one they have pierced." And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced. |

● ㅁ아리마대 사람 요셉이 예수의 弟子(제자)나 ㅂ유대人(인)을 두려워하여 隱諱(은휘)하더니 이 일 後(후)에 빌라도더러 예수의 屍體(시체)를 가져가기를 求(구)하매 빌라도가 許諾(허락)하는지라 이에 가서 예수의 屍體(시체)를
가져가니라
Later, Joseph of Arimathea asked Pilate for the body of Jesus. Now Joseph was a disciple of Jesus, but secretly because he feared the Jews. With Pilate's permission, he came and took the body away. And after this Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took the body of Jesus. |

일찍 예수께 밤에 나아왔던 ㅅ니고데모도 ㅇ沒藥(몰약)과 沈香(침향) 섞은
것을 百(백) 斤(근)쯤 ㅈ가지고 온지라
He was accompanied by Nicodemus, the man who earlier had visited Jesus at night. Nicodemus brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about seventy-five pounds. And there came also Nicodemus, which at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about an hundred pound weight. |

이에 예수의 屍體(시체)를 가져다가 유대人(인)의 葬禮法(장례법)대로 그 香品(향품)과 함께 ㅊ細麻布(세마포)로 ㅋ쌌더라
Taking Jesus' body, the two of them wrapped it, with the spices, in strips of linen. This was in accordance with Jewish burial customs. Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the Jews is to bury. |

예수의 十字架(십자가)에 못 박히신 곳에 ㅌ동산이 있고 ㅍ동산 안에 ㅎ아직 사람을 葬事(장사)한 일이
없는 새 무덤이 있는지라
At the place where Jesus was crucified, there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had ever been laid. Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid. |

이 날은 유대人(인)의 ㅏ豫備日(예비일)이요 또 ㅑ무덤이 가까운 故(고)로 예수를 거기 두니라
Because it was the Jewish day of Preparation and since the tomb was nearby, they laid Jesus there. There laid they Jesus therefore because of the Jews' preparation day; for the sepulchre was nigh at hand. |
