바벨론 王(왕) ㄹ벨사살 元年(원년)에 ㅁ다니엘이 그 寢床(침상)에서 꿈을 꾸며 ㅂ腦(뇌) 속으로 異像(이상)을 받고 그 꿈을 記錄(기록)하며 그 일의 大略(대략)을 陳述(진술)하니라
In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon, Daniel had a dream, and visions passed through his mind as he was lying on his bed. He wrote down the substance of his dream. In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters. |

다니엘이 陳述(진술)하여 가로되 내가 밤에 異像(이상)을 보았는데 ㅅ하늘의 네 바람이 큰
바다로 몰려 불더니
Daniel said: "In my vision at night I looked, and there before me were the four winds of heaven churning up the great sea. Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. |

큰 짐승 넷이 ㅇ바다에서 나왔는데 그 貌樣(모양)이 各各(각각) 다르니

Four great beasts, each different from the others, came up out of the sea. And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. |

첫째는 獅子(사자)와 같은데 독수리의 날개가 있더니 내가 볼 사이에 그 날개가 뽑혔고 또 땅에서 들려서 사람처럼 두 발로 서게 함을 입었으며 또 사람의 마음을 받았으며
The first was like a lion, and it had the wings of an eagle. I watched until its wings were torn off and it was lifted from the ground so that it stood on two feet like a man, and the heart of a man was given to it. The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it. |

ㅈ다른 짐승 곧 둘째는 곰과 같은데 그것이 몸 한便(편)을 들었고 그 입의 잇사이에는 세 갈빗대가 물렸는데 그에게 말하는 者(자)가 있어 이르기를 일어나서 많은 고기를 먹으라 하였으며

And there before me was a second beast, which looked like a bear. It was raised up on one of its sides, and it had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. It was told, 'Get up and eat your fill of flesh!' And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. |

그 後(후)에 내가 또 본즉 다른 짐승 곧 ㅊ표범과 같은 것이 있는데 그 등에는 새의 날개 넷이 있고 그 짐승에게 또 머리 넷이 있으며 또 ㅋ權勢(권세)를 받았으며
After that, I looked, and there before me was another beast, one that looked like a leopard. And on its back it had four wings like those of a bird. This beast had four heads, and it was given authority to rule. After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it. |

내가 밤 異像(이상) 가운데 그 다음에 본 네째 짐승은 ㅌ무섭고 놀라우며 또 極(극)히 强(강)하며 또 큰 鐵(철) 이가 있어서 먹고
부숴뜨리고 그 나머지를 발로 밟았으며 이 짐승은 前(전)의 모든 짐승과 다르고 또 ㅍ열 뿔이 있으므로
After that, in my vision at night I looked, and there before me was a fourth beast--terrifying and frightening and very powerful. It had large iron teeth; it crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot whatever was left. It was different from all the former beasts, and it had ten horns. After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. |

내가 그 뿔을 唯心(유심)히 보는 中(중) 다른 ㅎ작은 뿔이 그 사이에서 나더니 먼저 뿔 中(중)에 셋이 그 앞에 뿌리까지 뽑혔으며 이 작은 뿔에는 사람의 눈 같은 눈이 있고
ㅏ또 입이 있어 큰 말을 하였느니라
While I was thinking about the horns, there before me was another horn, a little one, which came up among them; and three of the first horns were uprooted before it. This horn had eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth that spoke boastfully. I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. |

● 내가 보았는데 ㅑ王座(왕좌)가 놓이고 ㅓ옛적부터 恒常(항상) 계신 이가 座定(좌정)하셨는데 ㅕ그 옷은 희기가 눈 같고 ㅗ그
머리털은 깨끗한 羊(양)의 털같고 그 寶座(보좌)는 불꽃이요 ㅛ그 바퀴는 붙는 불이며
As I looked, thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze. I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. |

ㅜ불이 江(강)처럼 흘러 그 앞에서 나오며 그에게 ㅠ隧從(수종)하는 者(자)는 으千千(천천)이요 이그 앞에 侍衛(시위)한 者(자)는 萬萬(만만)이며 ㅐ審判(심판)을 베푸는데 ㄱ冊(책)들이 펴 놓였더라
A river of fire was flowing, coming out from before him. Thousands upon thousands attended him; ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him. The court was seated, and the books were opened. A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. |

그 때에 내가 그 큰 말하는 작은 뿔의 목소리로 因(인)하여 注目(주목)하여 보는 사이에 ㄴ짐승이 죽임을 當(당)하고 그 屍體(시체)가 傷(상)한 바
되어 붙는 불에 던진 바 되었으며
Then I continued to watch because of the boastful words the horn was speaking. I kept looking until the beast was slain and its body destroyed and thrown into the blazing fire. I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame. |

그 남은 모든 짐승은 ㄷ그 權勢(권세)를 빼았겼으나 그 生命(생명)은 保存(보존)되어 定(정)한 時期(시기)가 이르기를 기다리게 되었더라
(The other beasts had been stripped of their authority, but were allowed to live for a period of time.) As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time. |

● 내가 또 밤 異像(이상) 中(중)에 보았는데 ㄹ人子(인자) 같은 이가 하늘 구름을 타고 와서 옛적부터
恒常(항상) 계신 者(자)에게 나아와 그 앞에 引導(인도)되매
In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. |

ㅁ그에게 權勢(권세)와 榮光(영광)과 나라를 주고 모든 ㅂ百姓(백성)과 나라들과 各(각) 方言(방언)하는 者(자)로 그를 섬기게 하였으니 ㅅ그
權勢(권세)는 永遠(영원)한 權勢(권세)라 옮기지 아니할 것이요 그 나라는 廢(폐)하지 아니할 것이니라
He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. |

● 나 다니엘이 中心(중심)에 근심하며 ㅇ내 腦(뇌) 속에 異像(이상)이 나로 煩悶(번민)케 한지라

I, Daniel, was troubled in spirit, and the visions that passed through my mind disturbed me. I Daniel was grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me. |

내가 그 곁에 모신 者(자) 中(중) 하나에게 나아가서 이 모든 일의 眞相(진상)을 물으매 그가 내게 告(고)하여 그 일의 解釋(해석)을 알게 하여 가로되
I approached one of those standing there and asked him the true meaning of all this. "So he told me and gave me the interpretation of these things: I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things. |

ㅈ그 네 큰 짐승은 네 王(왕)이라 世上(세상)에 일어날 것이로되
ㅈ
단7:3
'The four great beasts are four kingdoms that will rise from the earth. These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth. |
18 |
ㅊ至極(지극)히 높으신 者(자)의 聖徒(성도)들이 나라를 얻으리니 그 누림이 永遠(영원)하고 永遠(영원)하고 永遠(영원)하리라
But the saints of the Most High will receive the kingdom and will possess it forever--yes, for ever and ever.' But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever. |

이에 내가 ㅋ네째 짐승의 眞相(진상)을 알고자 하였으니 곧 그것은 모든 짐승과 달라서 甚(심)히 무섭고 그 이는 鐵(철)이요 그 발톱은 놋이며 먹고 부숴뜨리고 나머지는 발로
밟았으며

Then I wanted to know the true meaning of the fourth beast, which was different from all the others and most terrifying, with its iron teeth and bronze claws--the beast that crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot whatever was left. Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet; |

또 ㅌ그것의 머리에는 열 뿔이 있고 그 外(외)에 또 다른 뿔이 나오매 세 뿔이 그 앞에 빠졌으며 그 뿔에는 눈도 있고 큰 말하는 입도 있고 그 貌樣(모양)이 同類(동류)보다 强(강)하여 보인 것이라

I also wanted to know about the ten horns on its head and about the other horn that came up, before which three of them fell--the horn that looked more imposing than the others and that had eyes and a mouth that spoke boastfully. And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows. |

내가 본즉 이 뿔이 ㅍ聖徒(성도)들로 더불어 싸워 이기었더니

As I watched, this horn was waging war against the saints and defeating them, I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; |
22 |
ㅎ옛적부터 恒常(항상) 계신 者(자)가 와서 至極(지극)히 높으신 者(자)의 聖徒(성도)를 爲(위)하여 伸寃(신원)하셨고 때가 이르매 聖徒(성도)가 나라를 얻었더라
until the Ancient of Days came and pronounced judgment in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the time came when they possessed the kingdom. Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom. |
23 |
● 모신 者(자)가 이처럼 이르되 네째 짐승은 곧 땅의 네째 나라인데 이는 모든 나라보다 달라서 天下(천하)를 삼키고 밟아 부숴뜨릴 것이며
He gave me this explanation: 'The fourth beast is a fourth kingdom that will appear on earth. It will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth, trampling it down and crushing it. Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. |

그 열 뿔은 이 나라에서 일어날 열 王(왕)이요 그 後(후)에 또 하나가 일어나리니 그는 먼저 있던 者(자)들과 다르고 또 세 王(왕)을 服從(복종)시킬 것이며
The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings. And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. |
25 |
ㅏ그가 將次(장차) 말로 至極(지극)히 높으신 者(자)를 對敵(대적)하며 또 至極(지극)히 높으신 者(자)의 聖徒(성도)를 괴롭게 할 것이며 그가 또 ㅑ때와
法(법)을 變改(변개)코자 할 것이며 聖徒(성도)는 그의 손에 붙인 바 되어 ㅓ한 때와 두 때와 반 때를 지내리라
He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws. The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times and half a time. And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. |
26 |
ㅕ그러나 審判(심판)이 始作(시작)된즉 ㅗ그는 權勢(권세)를 빼앗기고 ㅛ끝까지 滅亡(멸망)할 것이요
'But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever. But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end. |
27 |
ㅜ나라와 權勢(권세)와 온 天下(천하) 列國(열국)의 威勢(위세)가 至極(지극)히 높으신 者(자)의 聖民(성민)에게 붙인 바 되리니 ㅠ그의 나라는 永遠(영원)한
나라이라 모든 權勢(권세) 있는 者(자)가 다 그를 섬겨 服從(복종)하리라 하여
Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be handed over to the saints, the people of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him.' And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. |
28 |
그 말이 이에 그친지라 으나 다니엘은 이中心(중심)이 煩悶(번민)하였으며 ㅐ내 낯 빛이 變(변)하였으나 ㄱ내가 이 일을 마음에 감추었느니라
This is the end of the matter. I, Daniel, was deeply troubled by my thoughts, and my face turned pale, but I kept the matter to myself. Hitherto is the end of the matter. As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart. |
