His son Shemaiah also had sons, who were leaders in their father's family because they were very capable men. Also unto Shemaiah his son were sons born, that ruled throughout the house of their father: for they were mighty men of valour. |

The sons of Shemaiah: Othni, Rephael, Obed and Elzabad; his relatives Elihu and Semakiah were also able men. The sons of Shemaiah; Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were strong men, Elihu, and Semachiah. |

이는 다 오벧에돔의 子孫(자손)이라 저희와 그 아들들과 그 兄弟(형제)들은 다 能力(능력)이 있어 그 職務(직무)를 잘하는 者(자)니 오벧에돔에게서 난 者(자)가 六十二名(육십이명)이며
All these were descendants of Obed-Edom; they and their sons and their relatives were capable men with the strength to do the work--descendants of Obed-Edom, 62 in all. All these of the sons of Obededom: they and their sons and their brethren, able men for strength for the service, were threescore and two of Obededom. |

Meshelemiah had sons and relatives, who were able men--18 in all. And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, strong men, eighteen. |

These divisions of the gatekeepers, through their chief men, had duties for ministering in the temple of the LORD, just as their relatives had. Among these were the divisions of the porters, even among the chief men, having wards one against another, to minister in the house of the LORD. |

各(각) 門(문)을 지키기 爲(위)하여 그 宗族(종족)을 따라 ㅕ無論大小(무론대소)하고 다 제비 뽑혔으니

셀레먀는 東方(동방)에 當籤(당첨)되었고 그 아들 스가랴는 明哲(명철)한 議士(의사)라 저를 爲(위)하여 제비 뽑으니 北方(북방)에 當籤(당첨)되었고
The lot for the East Gate fell to Shelemiah. Then lots were cast for his son Zechariah, a wise counselor, and the lot for the North Gate fell to him. And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a wise counsellor, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward. |

오벧에돔은 南方(남방)에 當籤(당첨)되었고 그 아들들은 ㅗ곳간에 當籤(당첨)되었으며
The lot for the South Gate fell to Obed-Edom, and the lot for the storehouse fell to his sons. To Obededom southward; and to his sons the house of Asuppim. |

숩빔과 호사는 西方(서방)에 當籤(당첨)되어 큰 길로 通(통)한 살래겟 ㅛ門(문) 곁에 있어 서로 對(대)하여 把守(파수)하였으니
The lots for the West Gate and the Shalleketh Gate on the upper road fell to Shuppim and Hosah. Guard was alongside of guard: To Shuppim and Hosah the lot came forth westward, with the gate Shallecheth, by the causeway of the going up, ward against ward. |

東方(동방)에 레위 사람이 여섯이요 北方(북방)에 每日(매일) 네 사람이요 南方(남방)에 每日(매일) 네 사람이요 곳간에는 둘씩이며
There were six Levites a day on the east, four a day on the north, four a day on the south and two at a time at the storehouse. Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and toward Asuppim two and two. |

● 레위 사람 中(중)에 아히야는 ㅠ하나님의 殿(전) 곳간과 聖物(성물) 곳간을 맡았으며
Their fellow Levites were in charge of the treasuries of the house of God and the treasuries for the dedicated things. And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things. |

Shubael, a descendant of Gershom son of Moses, was the officer in charge of the treasuries. And Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler of the treasures. |

그 兄弟(형제) 곧 ㄴ엘리에셀에게서 난 者(자)는 그 아들 르하뱌와 그 아들 ㄷ여사야와 그 아들 요람과 그 아들 시그리와 그 아들 ㄹ슬로못이라
His relatives through Eliezer: Rehabiah his son, Jeshaiah his son, Joram his son, Zicri his son and Shelomith his son. And his brethren by Eliezer; Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son. |

Some of the plunder taken in battle they dedicated for the repair of the temple of the LORD. Out of the spoils won in battles did they dedicate to maintain the house of the LORD. |

先見者(선견자) ㅂ사무엘과 기스의 아들 사울과 넬의 아들 아브넬과 스루야의 아들 요압이 無論(무론) 무엇이든지 區別(구별)하여 드린 聖物(성물)은 다 슬로못과 그 兄弟(형제)의 手下(수하)에 있었더라
And everything dedicated by Samuel the seer and by Saul son of Kish, Abner son of Ner and Joab son of Zeruiah, and all the other dedicated things were in the care of Shelomith and his relatives. And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah, had dedicated; and whosoever had dedicated any thing, it was under the hand of Shelomith, and of his brethren. |

As for the Hebronites, Jeriah was their chief according to the genealogical records of their families. In the fortieth year of David's reign a search was made in the records, and capable men among the Hebronites were found at Jazer in Gilead. Among the Hebronites was Jerijah the chief, even among the Hebronites, according to the generations of his fathers. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valour at Jazer of Gilead. |
