ㅐ솔로몬이 여호와의 殿(전)과 ㄱ王宮(왕궁) 建築(건축)하기를 마치며 ㄴ自己(자기)의 무릇 이루기를 願(원)하던 일이 마친 때에
When Solomon had finished building the temple of the LORD and the royal palace, and had achieved all he had desired to do, And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished the building of the house of the LORD, and the king's house, and all Solomon's desire which he was pleased to do, |

ㄷ여호와께서 前(전)에 기브온에서 나타나심 같이 다시 솔로몬에게 나타나사
the LORD appeared to him a second time, as he had appeared to him at Gibeon. That the LORD appeared to Solomon the second time, as he had appeared unto him at Gibeon. |

저에게 이르시되 네가 내 앞에서 祈禱(기도)하며 懇求(간구)함을 내가 들었은즉 내가 너의 建築(건축)한 이 殿(전)을 거룩하게 區別(구별)하여 ㄹ나의 이름을 永永(영영)히 그곳에
두며 ㅁ나의 눈과 나의 마음이 恒常(항상) 거기 있으리니
The LORD said to him: "I have heard the prayer and plea you have made before me; I have consecrated this temple, which you have built, by putting my Name there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there. And the LORD said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually. |

네가 萬一(만일) ㅂ네 아비 다윗의 行(행)함 같이 마음을 穩全(온전)히 하고 바르게 하여 ㅅ내 앞에서 行(행)하며 내가 네게 命(명)한대로 온갖 것을
順從(순종)하여 나의 法度(법도)와 律例(율례)를 지키면
As for you, if you walk before me in integrity of heart and uprightness, as David your father did, and do all I command and observe my decrees and laws, And if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded thee, and wilt keep my statutes and my judgments: |

내가 네 아비 다윗에게 許(허)하여 이르기를 이스라엘 位(위)에 오를 사람이 네게서 끊어지지 아니하리라 한대로 ㅇ너의 이스라엘의 王位(왕위)를 永遠(영원)히 堅固(견고)하게 하려니와
I will establish your royal throne over Israel forever, as I promised David your father when I said, 'You shall never fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.' Then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom upon Israel for ever, as I promised to David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man upon the throne of Israel. |

ㅈ萬一(만일) 너희나 너희 子孫(자손)이 아주 돌이켜 나를 좇지 아니하며 내가 너희 앞에 둔 나의 誡命(계명)과 法度(법도)를 지키지 아니하고 가서 다른 神(신)을 섬겨 그것을
崇拜(숭배)하면
But if you or your sons turn away from me and do not observe the commands and decrees I have given you and go off to serve other gods and worship them, But if ye shall at all turn from following me, ye or your children, and will not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them: |

ㅊ내가 이스라엘을 나의 준 땅에서 끊어 버릴 것이요 ㅋ내 이름을 爲(위)하여 내가 거룩하게 區別(구별)한 이 殿(전)이라도 내 앞에서 던져 버리리니
ㅌ이스라엘은 모든 民族(민족) 가운데 俗談(속담)거리와 이야기거리가 될 것이며
then I will cut off Israel from the land I have given them and will reject this temple I have consecrated for my Name. Israel will then become a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples. Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people: |

이 殿(전)이 높을찌라도 무릇 그리로 지나가는 者(자)가 놀라며 비웃어 가로되 여호와께서 ㅍ무슨 까닭으로 이 땅과 이 殿(전)에 이같이 行(행)하셨는고 하면
And though this temple is now imposing, all who pass by will be appalled and will scoff and say, 'Why has the LORD done such a thing to this land and to this temple?' And at this house, which is high, every one that passeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss; and they shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and to this house? |

對答(대답)하기를 저희가 自己(자기) 列祖(열조)를 애굽 땅에서 引導(인도)하여 내신 ㅎ自己(자기) 하나님 여호와를 버리고 다른 神(신)에게
附從(부종)하여 그를 崇拜(숭배)하여 섬기므로 여호와께서 이 모든 災殃(재앙)을 저희에게 내리심이라 하리라 하셨더라

People will answer, 'Because they have forsaken the LORD their God, who brought their fathers out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them--that is why the LORD brought all this disaster on them.'" And they shall answer, Because they forsook the LORD their God, who brought forth their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and have taken hold upon other gods, and have worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath the LORD brought upon them all this evil. |

● ㅏ솔로몬이 두 집 곧 여호와의 殿(전)과 王宮(왕궁)을 ㅑ二十年(이십년) 만에 建築(건축)하기를 마치고
At the end of twenty years, during which Solomon built these two buildings--the temple of the LORD and the royal palace-- And it came to pass at the end of twenty years, when Solomon had built the two houses, the house of the LORD, and the king's house, |

갈릴리 땅의 城邑(성읍) 二十(이십)을 히람에게 주었으니 이는 두로 王(왕) 히람이 솔로몬에게 그 온갖 所願(소원)대로 柏香木(백향목)과 잣나무와 金(금)을 支供(지공)하였음이라
King Solomon gave twenty towns in Galilee to Hiram king of Tyre, because Hiram had supplied him with all the cedar and pine and gold he wanted. (Now Hiram the king of Tyre had furnished Solomon with cedar trees and fir trees, and with gold, according to all his desire,) that then king Solomon gave Hiram twenty cities in the land of Galilee. |

히람이 두로에서 와서 솔로몬이 自己(자기)에게 준 城邑(성읍)들을 보고 눈에 들지 아니하여
But when Hiram went from Tyre to see the towns that Solomon had given him, he was not pleased with them. And Hiram came out from Tyre to see the cities which Solomon had given him; and they pleased him not. |

이르기를 나의 兄(형)이여 내게 준 이 城邑(성읍)들이 이러하뇨 하고 이름하여 ㅓ가불 땅이라 하였더니 그 이름이 오늘까지 있으니라

What kind of towns are these you have given me, my brother? he asked. And he called them the Land of Cabul, a name they have to this day. And he said, What cities are these which thou hast given me, my brother? And he called them the land of Cabul unto this day. |

히람이 金(금) 一百(일백) 二十(이십) 달란트를 王(왕)에게 보내었더라
Now Hiram had sent to the king 120 talents of gold. And Hiram sent to the king sixscore talents of gold. |
15 |
● 솔로몬王(왕)이 ㅕ役軍(역군)을 일으킨 까닭은 여호와의 殿(전)과 自己(자기) 宮(궁)과 ㅗ밀로와
예루살렘城(성)과 ㅛ하솔과 ㅜ므깃도와 게셀을 建築(건축)하려 하였음이라
Here is the account of the forced labor King Solomon conscripted to build the LORD'S temple, his own palace, the supporting terraces, the wall of Jerusalem, and Hazor, Megiddo and Gezer. And this is the reason of the levy which king Solomon raised; for to build the house of the LORD, and his own house, and Millo, and the wall of Jerusalem, and Hazor, and Megiddo, and Gezer. |

前(전)에 애굽 王(왕) 바로가 올라와서 게셀을 奪取(탈취)하여 불사르고 그 城(성)에 사는 ㅠ가나안 사람을 죽이고 그 城邑(성읍)을
으自己(자기) 딸 솔로몬의 아내에게 禮物(예물)로 주었더니
(Pharaoh king of Egypt had attacked and captured Gezer. He had set it on fire. He killed its Canaanite inhabitants and then gave it as a wedding gift to his daughter, Solomon's wife. For Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up, and taken Gezer, and burnt it with fire, and slain the Canaanites that dwelt in the city, and given it for a present unto his daughter, Solomon's wife. |

솔로몬이 게셀과 아래 이벧호론을 建築(건축)하고

And Solomon rebuilt Gezer.) He built up Lower Beth Horon, And Solomon built Gezer, and Bethhoron the nether, |

또 바알랏과 그 땅의 들에 있는 다드몰과
Baalath, and Tadmor in the desert, within his land, And Baalath, and Tadmor in the wilderness, in the land, |
19 |
自己(자기)에게 있는 모든 國庫城(국고성)과 ㅐ兵車城(병거성)들과 ㄱ馬兵(마병)의 城(성)들을 建築(건축)하고 솔로몬이 또 예루살렘과 레바논과 그 다스리는 온 땅에
ㄴ建築(건축)하고자 하던 것을 다 建築(건축)하였는데
as well as all his store cities and the towns for his chariots and for his horses--whatever he desired to build in Jerusalem, in Lebanon and throughout all the territory he ruled. And all the cities of store that Solomon had, and cities for his chariots, and cities for his horsemen, and that which Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem, and in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion. |

무릇
이스라엘 子孫(자손)이 아닌 아모리 사람과 헷 사람과 브리스 사람과 히위 사람과 여부스 사람의 남아있는 者(자)
All the people left from the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites (these peoples were not Israelites), And all the people that were left of the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites, which were not of the children of Israel, |
21 |
곧 ㄷ이스라엘 子孫(자손)이 다 滅(멸)하지 못하므로 ㄹ그 땅에 남아 있는 그 子孫(자손)들을 ㅁ솔로몬이 ㅂ奴隸(노예)로
役軍(역군)을 삼아 오늘까지 이르렀으되
that is, their descendants remaining in the land, whom the Israelites could not exterminate--these Solomon conscripted for his slave labor force, as it is to this day. Their children that were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel also were not able utterly to destroy, upon those did Solomon levy a tribute of bondservice unto this day. |

오직 ㅅ이스라엘 子孫(자손)은 솔로몬이 奴隸(노예)를 삼지 아니하였으니 저희는 軍士(군사)와 그 臣僕(신복)과 方伯(방백)과
大將(대장)이며 兵車(병거)와 馬兵(마병)의 長官(장관)이 됨이었더라

But Solomon did not make slaves of any of the Israelites; they were his fighting men, his government officials, his officers, his captains, and the commanders of his chariots and charioteers. But of the children of Israel did Solomon make no bondmen: but they were men of war, and his servants, and his princes, and his captains, and rulers of his chariots, and his horsemen. |

● 솔로몬에게 役事(역사)를 監督(감독)하는 頭目(두목) ㅇ五百(오백) 五十人(오십인)이 있어 ㅈ役事(역사)하는
百姓(백성)을 다스렸더라
They were also the chief officials in charge of Solomon's projects--550 officials supervising the men who did the work. These were the chief of the officers that were over Solomon's work, five hundred and fifty, which bare rule over the people that wrought in the work. |

● 바로의 딸이 다윗城(성)에서부터 올라와 솔로몬이 ㅊ저를 爲(위)하여 建築(건축)한 宮(궁)에 이를 때에 ㅋ솔로몬이 ㅌ밀로를
建築(건축)하였더라
After Pharaoh's daughter had come up from the City of David to the palace Solomon had built for her, he constructed the supporting terraces. But Pharaoh's daughter came up out of the city of David unto her house which Solomon had built for her: then did he build Millo. |

● 솔로몬이 여호와를 爲(위)하여 쌓은 壇(단) 위에 해마다 세 番(번)씩 燔祭(번제)와 感謝祭(감사제)를 드리고 또 여호와 앞에 있는 壇(단)에 焚香(분향)하니라 이에 殿(전)

Three times a year Solomon sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship offerings on the altar he had built for the LORD, burning incense before the LORD along with them, and so fulfilled the temple obligations. And three times in a year did Solomon offer burnt offerings and peace offerings upon the altar which he built unto the LORD, and he burnt incense upon the altar that was before the LORD. So he finished the house. |

● 솔로몬王(왕)이 에돔 땅 紅海(홍해) 물가 엘롯 近處(근처) ㅍ에시온게벨에서 배들을 지은지라
King Solomon also built ships at Ezion Geber, which is near Elath in Edom, on the shore of the Red Sea. And king Solomon made a navy of ships in Eziongeber, which is beside Eloth, on the shore of the Red sea, in the land of Edom. |

히람이 自己(자기) 종 곧 바다에 익숙한 沙工(사공)들을 솔로몬의 종과 함께 ㅎ그 배로 보내매

왕상10:11
And Hiram sent his men--sailors who knew the sea--to serve in the fleet with Solomon's men. And Hiram sent in the navy his servants, shipmen that had knowledge of the sea, with the servants of Solomon. |

저희가 ㅏ오빌에 이르러 거기서 金(금) 四百(사백) 二十(이십) 달란트를 얻고 솔로몬 王(왕)에게로 가져왔더라
They sailed to Ophir and brought back 420 talents of gold, which they delivered to King Solomon. And they came to Ophir, and fetched from thence gold, four hundred and twenty talents, and brought it to king Solomon. |
