그런즉 ㅗ네 하나님 여호와를 사랑하여 ㅛ그 職任(직임)과 法度(법도)와 規例(규례)와 命令(명령)을 恒常(항상) 지키라
Love the LORD your God and keep his requirements, his decrees, his laws and his commands always. Therefore thou shalt love the LORD thy God, and keep his charge, and his statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments, alway. |

으威嚴(위엄)과 그 이强(강)한 손과 펴신 팔과
Remember today that your children were not the ones who saw and experienced the discipline of the LORD your God: his majesty, his mighty hand, his outstretched arm; And know ye this day: for I speak not with your children which have not known, and which have not seen the chastisement of the LORD your God, his greatness, his mighty hand, and his stretched out arm, |

애굽에서 ㅐ그 王(왕) 바로와 그 全國(전국)에 行(행)하신 異蹟(이적)과 奇事(기사)와
the signs he performed and the things he did in the heart of Egypt, both to Pharaoh king of Egypt and to his whole country; And his miracles, and his acts, which he did in the midst of Egypt unto Pharaoh the king of Egypt, and unto all his land; |

또 여호와께서 애굽 軍隊(군대)와 그 말과 그 兵車(병거)에 行(행)하신 일 곧 그들이 너희를 따를 때에 ㄱ紅海(홍해) 물로 그들을 덮어
滅(멸)하사 오늘까지 이른 것과
what he did to the Egyptian army, to its horses and chariots, how he overwhelmed them with the waters of the Red Sea as they were pursuing you, and how the LORD brought lasting ruin on them. And what he did unto the army of Egypt, unto their horses, and to their chariots; how he made the water of the Red sea to overflow them as they pursued after you, and how the LORD hath destroyed them unto this day; |

또 너희가 이곳에 이르기까지 ㄴ曠野(광야)에서 너희에게 行(행)하신 일과
It was not your children who saw what he did for you in the desert until you arrived at this place, And what he did unto you in the wilderness, until ye came into this place; |

르우벤 子孫(자손) 엘리압의 아들 ㄷ다단과 아비람에게 하신 일 곧 온 이스라엘의 한가운데서 땅으로 입을 열어서 그들과 그 家族(가족)과 그 帳幕(장막)과 그를 따르는 모든 샘물을 삼키게 하신 일이라
and what he did to Dathan and Abiram, sons of Eliab the Reubenite, when the earth opened its mouth right in the middle of all Israel and swallowed them up with their households, their tents and every living thing that belonged to them. And what he did unto Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, the son of Reuben: how the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and their tents, and all the substance that was in their possession, in the midst of all Israel: |

너희가 여호와의 行(행)하신 ㄹ이 모든 큰 일을 目覩(목도)하였느니라

But it was your own eyes that saw all these great things the LORD has done. But your eyes have seen all the great acts of the LORD which he did. |

● 그러므로 너희는 내가 오늘날 너희에게 命(명)하는 모든 命令(명령)을 지키라 그리하면 너희가 ㅁ强盛(강성)할 것이요 너희가 건너가서 얻을 땅에 들어가서 그것을 얻을 것이며
Observe therefore all the commands I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to go in and take over the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess, Therefore shall ye keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that ye may be strong, and go in and possess the land, whither ye go to possess it; |

또 ㅂ여호와께서 너희의 列祖(열조)에게 盟誓(맹세)하사 그와 그 後孫(후손)에게 주리라고 하신 땅 곧 ㅅ젖과 꿀이 흐르는 땅에서 너희의 날이
ㅇ長久(장구)하리라
and so that you may live long in the land that the LORD swore to your forefathers to give to them and their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey. And that ye may prolong your days in the land, which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give unto them and to their seed, a land that floweth with milk and honey. |

네가 들어가 얻으려 하는 땅은 네가 나온 애굽 땅과 같지 아니하니 거기서는 너희가 播種(파종)한
後(후)에 발로 물대기를 菜蔬(채소) 밭에 댐과 같이 하였거니와
The land you are entering to take over is not like the land of Egypt, from which you have come, where you planted your seed and irrigated it by foot as in a vegetable garden. For the land, whither thou goest in to possess it, is not as the land of Egypt, from whence ye came out, where thou sowedst thy seed, and wateredst it with thy foot, as a garden of herbs: |

ㅈ너희가 건너가서 얻을 땅은 山(산)과 골짜기가 있어서 하늘에서 내리는 비를

But the land you are crossing the Jordan to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks rain from heaven. But the land, whither ye go to possess it, is a land of hills and valleys, and drinketh water of the rain of heaven: |

네 하나님 여호와께서 眷顧(권고)하시는 땅이라 歲初(세초)부터 歲末(세말)까지 네 하나님 여호와의 눈이 ㅊ恒常(항상) 그 위에 있느니라
It is a land the LORD your God cares for; the eyes of the LORD your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end. A land which the LORD thy God careth for: the eyes of the LORD thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year. |

● 내가 오늘날 너희에게 命(명)하는 나의 命令(명령)을 너희가 萬一(만일) 聽從(청종)하고 ㅋ너희의 하나님 여호와를 사랑하여 마음을 다하고 性稟(성품)을 다하여 섬기면

So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today--to love the LORD your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul-- And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, |

2)ㅌ여호와께서 너희 땅에 ㅍ이른 비, 늦은 비를 適當(적당)한 때에 내리시리니 너희가 穀食(곡식)과 葡萄酒(포도주)와 기름을 얻을 것이요
then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and oil. That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil. |
15 |
또 ㅎ六畜(육축)을 爲(위)하여 들에 풀이 나게 하시리니 ㅏ네가 먹고 배부를 것이라
I will provide grass in the fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied. And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest eat and be full. |
16 |
너희는 스스로 삼가라 두렵건대 ㅑ마음에 迷惑(미혹)하여 돌이켜 ㅓ다른 神(신)들을 섬기며 그것에 절하므로
Be careful, or you will be enticed to turn away and worship other gods and bow down to them. Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them; |
17 |
ㅕ여호와께서 너희에게 震怒(진노)하사 ㅗ하늘을 닫아 비를 내리지
아니하여 땅으로 所産(소산)을 내지 않게 하시므로 너희가 여호와의 주신 ㅛ아름다운 땅에서 速(속)히 滅亡(멸망)할까 하노라
Then the LORD'S anger will burn against you, and he will shut the heavens so that it will not rain and the ground will yield no produce, and you will soon perish from the good land the LORD is giving you. And then the LORD'S wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you. |

● 이러므로 ㅜ너희는 나의 이 말을 너희 마음과 뜻에 두고 또 그것으로 ㅠ너희 손목에 매어 記號(기호)를 삼고 너희 眉間(미간)에 붙여 標(표)를
삼으며
Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. |

또 그것을 너희의 子女(자녀)에게 가르치며 집에 앉았을 때에든지, 길에 行(행)할 때에든지, 누웠을 때에든지, 일어날 때에든지 이 말씀을 講論(강론)하고
Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. |

으또 네 집 門楔柱(문설주)와 바깥 門(문)에 記錄(기록)하라

Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates, And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: |
21 |
그리하면 이여호와께서 너희 列祖(열조)에게 주리라고 盟誓(맹세)하신 땅에서 너희의 날과 너희 子女(자녀)의 날이 많아서 ㅐ하늘이 땅을 덮는 날의
長久(장구)함 같으리라
so that your days and the days of your children may be many in the land that the LORD swore to give your forefathers, as many as the days that the heavens are above the earth. That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth. |

너희가 萬一(만일) 내가 너희에게 命(명)하는 ㄱ이 모든 命令(명령)을 잘 지켜 行(행)하여 너희 하나님 여호와를 사랑하고 그 모든 道(도)를 行(행)하여 그에게
ㄴ附從(부종)하면
If you carefully observe all these commands I am giving you to follow--to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways and to hold fast to him-- For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him; |
23 |
여호와께서 ㄷ그 모든 나라 百姓(백성)을 너희 앞에서 다 쫓아내실 것이라 너희가 ㄹ너희보다 强大(강대)한
나라들을 얻을 것인즉
then the LORD will drive out all these nations before you, and you will dispossess nations larger and stronger than you. Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves. |
24 |
ㅁ너희의 발바닥으로 밟는 곳은 다 너희 所有(소유)가 되리니 너희의 境界(경계)는 곧 ㅂ曠野(광야)에서부터 레바논까지와 유브라데 河水(하수)라 하는
河水(하수)에서 ㅅ西海(서해)까지라
Every place where you set your foot will be yours: Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the Euphrates River to the western sea. Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be. |

너희 하나님 여호와께서 너희에게 ㅇ말씀하신 대로 너희 밟는 모든 땅 사람들로 ㅈ너희를 두려워하고 무서워하게 하시리니 ㅊ너희를 能(능)히 當(당)할
사람이 없으리라
No man will be able to stand against you. The LORD your God, as he promised you, will put the terror and fear of you on the whole land, wherever you go. There shall no man be able to stand before you: for the LORD your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that ye shall tread upon, as he hath said unto you. |

● ㅋ내가 오늘날 福(복)과 詛呪(저주)를 너희 앞에 두나니
See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse-- Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; |
27 |
너희가 萬一(만일) 내가 오늘날 너희에게 命(명)하는 너희 하나님 여호와의 命令(명령)을 들으면 ㅌ福(복)이 될 것이요

the blessing if you obey the commands of the LORD your God that I am giving you today; A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day: |

너희가 萬一(만일) 내가 오늘날 너희에게 命(명)하는 道(도)에서 돌이켜 떠나 너희 하나님 여호와의 命令(명령)을 듣지 아니하고 本來(본래) 알지 못하던 ㅍ다른 神(신)들을 좇으면
ㅎ詛呪(저주)를 받으리라
the curse if you disobey the commands of the LORD your God and turn from the way that I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known. And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known. |

네 하나님 여호와께서 네가 가서 얻을 땅으로 너를 引導(인도)하여 들이실 때에 너는 그리심山(산)에서 ㅏ祝福(축복)을 宣布(선포)하고 에발山(산)에서 詛呪(저주)를 宣布(선포)하라
When the LORD your God has brought you into the land you are entering to possess, you are to proclaim on Mount Gerizim the blessings, and on Mount Ebal the curses. And it shall come to pass, when the LORD thy God hath brought thee in unto the land whither thou goest to possess it, that thou shalt put the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount Ebal. |

이 두 山(산)은 요단江(강) 저便(편) 곧 해 지는 便(편)으로 가는 길 뒤 길갈 맞은便(편) 모레 ㅑ상수리나무 곁의 ㅓ아라바에 居(거)하는 가나안 族屬(족속)의
땅에 있지 아니하냐
As you know, these mountains are across the Jordan, west of the road, toward the setting sun, near the great trees of Moreh, in the territory of those Canaanites living in the Arabah in the vicinity of Gilgal. Are they not on the other side Jordan, by the way where the sun goeth down, in the land of the Canaanites, which dwell in the champaign over against Gilgal, beside the plains of Moreh? |

너희가 ㅕ요단을 건너 너희 하나님 여호와께서 너희에게 주시는 땅에 들어가서 얻으려 하나니 반드시 그것을 얻어 거기 居(거)할찌라
You are about to cross the Jordan to enter and take possession of the land the LORD your God is giving you. When you have taken it over and are living there, For ye shall pass over Jordan to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God giveth you, and ye shall possess it, and dwell therein. |
32 |
내가 오늘날 너희 앞에 베푸는 ㅗ모든 規例(규례)와 法度(법도)를 너희는 지켜 行(행)할찌니라
be sure that you obey all the decrees and laws I am setting before you today. And ye shall observe to do all the statutes and judgments which I set before you this day. |
