발람이 自己(자기)와 이스라엘을 祝福(축복)하는 것을 여호와께서 善(선)히 여기심을 보고 ㄷ前(전)과 같이 邪術(사술)을 쓰지 아니하고 그 낯을 曠野(광야)로 向(향)하여
Now when Balaam saw that it pleased the LORD to bless Israel, he did not resort to sorcery as at other times, but turned his face toward the desert. And when Balaam saw that it pleased the LORD to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness. |

눈을 들어 이스라엘이 그 支派(지파)대로 ㄹ居(거)하는 것을 보는 同時(동시)에 ㅁ하나님의 神(신)이 그 위에 臨(임)하신지라
When Balaam looked out and saw Israel encamped tribe by tribe, the Spirit of God came upon him And Balaam lifted up his eyes, and he saw Israel abiding in his tents according to their tribes; and the spirit of God came upon him. |

그가 ㅂ노래를 지어 가로되 브올의 아들 발람이 말하며 ㅅ눈을 1)감았던 者(자)가 말하며
and he uttered his oracle: "The oracle of Balaam son of Beor, the oracle of one whose eye sees clearly, And he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose eyes are open hath said: |

하나님의 말씀을 듣는 者(자), 全能者(전능자)의 異像(이상)을 보는 者(자), ㅇ엎드려서 눈을 뜬 者(자)가 말하기를
the oracle of one who hears the words of God, who sees a vision from the Almighty, who falls prostrate, and whose eyes are opened: He hath said, which heard the words of God, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his eyes open: |

야곱이여 네 帳幕(장막)이, 이스라엘이여 네 居處(거처)가 어찌 그리 아름다운고
How beautiful are your tents, O Jacob, your dwelling places, O Israel! How goodly are thy tents, O Jacob, and thy tabernacles, O Israel! |

그 벌어짐이 골짜기 같고 江(강) 가의 동산 같으며 ㅈ여호와의 심으신 沈香木(침향목)들 ㅊ같고 물가의 柏香木(백향목)들 같도다
Like valleys they spread out, like gardens beside a river, like aloes planted by the LORD, like cedars beside the waters. As the valleys are they spread forth, as gardens by the river's side, as the trees of lign aloes which the LORD hath planted, and as cedar trees beside the waters. |

그 桶(통)에서는 물이 넘치겠고 그 ㅋ種子(종자)는 많은 물가에 있으리로다 그 王(왕)이 ㅌ아각보다 높으니 ㅍ그 나라가 振興(진흥)하리로다
Water will flow from their buckets; their seed will have abundant water. "Their king will be greater than Agag; their kingdom will be exalted. He shall pour the water out of his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters, and his king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted. |

하나님이 그를 애굽에서 引導(인도)하여 내셨으니 ㅎ그 힘이 들소와 같도다 그 ㅏ敵國(적국)을 삼키고 ㅑ그들의 뼈를 꺽으며 ㅓ화살로 쏘아 꿰뚫으리로다
God brought them out of Egypt; they have the strength of a wild ox. They devour hostile nations and break their bones in pieces; with their arrows they pierce them. God brought him forth out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn: he shall eat up the nations his enemies, and shall break their bones, and pierce them through with his arrows. |

꿇어 앉고 누움이 수獅子(사자)와 같고 ㅕ암獅子(사자)와도 같으니 일으킨 者(자) 누구이랴 ㅗ너를 祝福(축복)하는 者(자)마다 福(복)을 받을 것이요 너를 詛呪(저주)하는 者(자)마다 詛呪(저주)를 받을찌어다
Like a lion they crouch and lie down, like a lioness--who dares to rouse them? "May those who bless you be blessed and those who curse you be cursed!" He couched, he lay down as a lion, and as a great lion: who shall stir him up? Blessed is he that blesseth thee, and cursed is he that curseth thee. |

● 발락이 발람에게 怒(노)하여 ㅛ손뼉을 치며 발람에게 말하되 ㅜ내가 그대를 부른 것은 내 怨讐(원수)를 詛呪(저주)하라 함이어늘 그대가 이같이 세 番(번) 그들을 祝福(축복)하였도다
Then Balak's anger burned against Balaam. He struck his hands together and said to him, "I summoned you to curse my enemies, but you have blessed them these three times. And Balak's anger was kindled against Balaam, and he smote his hands together: and Balak said unto Balaam, I called thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times. |

그러므로 그대는 이제 그대의 곳으로 달려가라 ㅠ내가 그대를 높여 甚(심)히 尊貴(존귀)케 하기로 뜻하였더니 여호와가 그대를 막아 尊貴(존귀)치 못하게 하셨도다
Now leave at once and go home! I said I would reward you handsomely, but the LORD has kept you from being rewarded." Therefore now flee thou to thy place: I thought to promote thee unto great honour; but, lo, the LORD hath kept thee back from honour. |

발람이 발락에게 이르되 當身(당신)이 내게 보낸 使者(사자)들에게 내가 告(고)하여 이르지 아니하였나이까
Balaam answered Balak, "Did I not tell the messengers you sent me, And Balaam said unto Balak, Spake I not also to thy messengers which thou sentest unto me, saying, |

假令(가령) 으발락이 그 집에 銀(은) 金(금)을 가득히 채워서 내게 줄찌라도 나는 여호와의 말씀을 어기고 善惡間(선악간) 이任意(임의)로 行(행)하지 못하고 여호와께서 말씀하신 대로 말하리라 하지 아니하였나이까
'Even if Balak gave me his palace filled with silver and gold, I could not do anything of my own accord, good or bad, to go beyond the command of the LORD--and I must say only what the LORD says'? If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the commandment of the LORD, to do either good or bad of mine own mind; but what the LORD saith, that will I speak? |

이제 나는 내 百姓(백성)에게로 돌아가거니와 들으소서 ㅐ내가 이 百姓(백성)이 ㄱ後日(후일)에 當身(당신)의 百姓(백성)에게 어떻게 할 것을 當身(당신)에게 告(고)하리이다하고
Now I am going back to my people, but come, let me warn you of what this people will do to your people in days to come." And now, behold, I go unto my people: come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days. |
15 |
ㄴ노래를 지어 가로되 브올의 아들 발람이 말하며 ㄷ눈을 1)감았던 者(자)가 말하며
Then he uttered his oracle: "The oracle of Balaam son of Beor, the oracle of one whose eye sees clearly, And he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose eyes are open hath said: |

하나님의 말씀을 듣는 者(자)가 말하며 ㄹ至極(지극)히 높으신 者(자)의 知識(지식)을 아는 者(자), 全能者(전능자)의 異像(이상)을 보는 者(자), ㅁ엎드려서 눈을 뜬 者(자)가 말하기를
the oracle of one who hears the words of God, who has knowledge from the Most High, who sees a vision from the Almighty, who falls prostrate, and whose eyes are opened: He hath said, which heard the words of God, and knew the knowledge of the most High, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his eyes open: |
17 |
ㅂ내가 그를 보아도 이 때의 일이 아니며 내가 그를 바라보아도 가까운 일이 아니로다 ㅅ한 별이 야곱에게서 나오며 ㅇ한 笏(홀)이 이스라엘에게서 일어나서 ㅈ모압을 이 便(편)에서 저 便(편)까지 破(파)하고 또 2)騷動(소동)하는 子息(자식)들을 다 滅(멸)하리로다
I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not near. A star will come out of Jacob; a scepter will rise out of Israel. He will crush the foreheads of Moab, the skulls of all the sons of Sheth. I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth. |

그 怨讐(원수) ㅊ에돔은 그들의 産業(산업)이 되며, 그 怨讐(원수) ㅋ세일도 그들의 産業(산업)이 되고 그 同時(동시)에 이스라엘은 勇敢(용감)히 行動(행동)하리로다
Edom will be conquered; Seir, his enemy, will be conquered, but Israel will grow strong. And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly. |
19 |
主權者(주권자)가 야곱에게서 나서 남은 者(자)들을 그 城邑(성읍)에서 滅絶(멸절)하리로다 하고
A ruler will come out of Jacob and destroy the survivors of the city." Out of Jacob shall come he that shall have dominion, and shall destroy him that remaineth of the city. |
20 |
또 아말렉을 바라보며 ㅌ노래를 지어 가로되 아말렉은 列國(열국) 中(중) 으뜸이나 ㅍ終末(종말)은 滅亡(멸망)에 이르리로다 하고
Then Balaam saw Amalek and uttered his oracle: "Amalek was first among the nations, but he will come to ruin at last." And when he looked on Amalek, he took up his parable, and said, Amalek was the first of the nations; but his latter end shall be that he perish for ever. |
21 |
또 ㅎ가인 族屬(족속)을 바라보며 노래를 지어 가로되 너의 居處(거처)가 堅固(견고)하니 네 보금자리는 바위에 있도다
Then he saw the Kenites and uttered his oracle: "Your dwelling place is secure, your nest is set in a rock; And he looked on the Kenites, and took up his parable, and said, Strong is thy dwellingplace, and thou puttest thy nest in a rock. |
22 |
그러나 가인이 衰微(쇠미)하리니 나중에는 앗수르의 捕虜(포로)가 되리로다 하고
yet you Kenites will be destroyed when Asshur takes you captive." Nevertheless the Kenite shall be wasted, until Asshur shall carry thee away captive. |
23 |
또 노래를 지어 가로되 슬프다 하나님이 이 일을 行(행)하시리니 그 때에 살 者(자)가 누구이랴
Then he uttered his oracle: "Ah, who can live when God does this? And he took up his parable, and said, Alas, who shall live when God doeth this! |
24 |
ㅏ깃딤 海邊(해변)에서 배들이 와서 앗수르를 虐待(학대)하며 ㅑ에벨을 괴롭게 하리라마는 그도 ㅓ滅亡(멸망)하리로다 하고
Ships will come from the shores of Kittim; they will subdue Asshur and Eber, but they too will come to ruin." And ships shall come from the coast of Chittim, and shall afflict Asshur, and shall afflict Eber, and he also shall perish for ever. |

발람이 일어나 自己(자기) 곳으로 ㅕ돌아갔고 발락도 自己(자기) 길로 갔더라

Then Balaam got up and returned home and Balak went his own way. And Balaam rose up, and went and returned to his place: and Balak also went his way. |
