ㅕ百姓(백성)이 여호와의 들으시기에 惡(악)한 말로 怨望(원망)하매 여호와께서 들으시고 ㅗ震怒(진노)하사
여호와의 ㅛ불로 그들 中(중)에 붙어서 陣(진) 끝을 사르게 하시매
Now the people complained about their hardships in the hearing of the LORD, and when he heard them his anger was aroused. Then fire from the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outskirts of the camp. And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp. |

ㅜ百姓(백성)이 모세에게 부르짖으므로 ㅠ모세가 여호와께 祈禱(기도)하니 불이 꺼졌더라
When the people cried out to Moses, he prayed to the LORD and the fire died down. And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched. |

그곳 이름을 1)으다베라라 稱(칭)하였으니 이는 여호와의 불이 그들 中(중)에 붙은 緣故(연고)였더라

So that place was called Taberah, because fire from the LORD had burned among them. And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them. |

● 이스라엘 中(중)에 이섞여 사는 무리가 貪慾(탐욕)을 품으매 이스라엘 子孫(자손)도 다시 ㅐ울며 가로되 ㄱ누가 우리에게 고기를 주어 먹게 할꼬
The rabble with them began to crave other food, and again the Israelites started wailing and said, "If only we had meat to eat! And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat? |

ㄴ우리가 애굽에 있을 때에는 값 없이 生鮮(생선)과 외와 수박과 부추와 파와 마늘들을 먹은 것이 생각나거늘
We remember the fish we ate in Egypt at no cost--also the cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions and garlic. We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick: |

이제는 우리 精力(정력)이 衰弱(쇠약)하되 이 만나 外(외)에는 보이는 것이 아무 것도 없도다 하니
But now we have lost our appetite; we never see anything but this manna!" But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes. |

ㄷ만나는 2)깟씨와 같고 貌樣(모양)은 眞珠(진주)와 같은 것이라
The manna was like coriander seed and looked like resin. And the manna was as coriander seed, and the colour thereof as the colour of bdellium. |

ㄹ百姓(백성)이 두루 다니며 그것을 거두어 맷돌에 갈기도 하며 절구에 찧기도 하고 가마에 삶기도
하여 菓子(과자)를 만들었으니 ㅁ그 맛이 기름 섞은 菓子(과자)맛 같았더라
The people went around gathering it, and then ground it in a handmill or crushed it in a mortar. They cooked it in a pot or made it into cakes. And it tasted like something made with olive oil. And the people went about, and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or beat it in a mortar, and baked it in pans, and made cakes of it: and the taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil. |

ㅂ밤에 이슬이 陣(진)에 내릴 때에 만나도 같이 내렸더라
When the dew settled on the camp at night, the manna also came down. And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it. |

● 百姓(백성)의 온 家族(가족)들이 各其(각기) 帳幕(장막) 門(문)에서 ㅅ우는 것을 모세가 들으니라 이러므로 여호와의
震怒(진노)가 甚(심)히 크고 모세도 기뻐하지 아니하여
Moses heard the people of every family wailing, each at the entrance to his tent. The LORD became exceedingly angry, and Moses was troubled. Then Moses heard the people weep throughout their families, every man in the door of his tent: and the anger of the LORD was kindled greatly; Moses also was displeased. |

ㅇ여호와께 여짜오되 主(주)께서 어찌하여 종을 괴롭게 하시나이까 어찌하여 나로 主(주)의 目前(목전)에
恩惠(은혜)를 입게 아니하시고 이 모든 百姓(백성)을 내게 맡기사 나로 그 짐을 지게 하시나이까
He asked the LORD, "Why have you brought this trouble on your servant? What have I done to displease you that you put the burden of all these people on me? And Moses said unto the LORD, Wherefore hast thou afflicted thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favour in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me? |

이 모든 百姓(백성)을 내가 孕胎(잉태)하였나이까 내가 어찌 그들을 生産(생산)하였기에 主(주)께서 나더러 ㅈ養育(양육)하는 아비가 젖 먹는 아이를 품듯 그들을
ㅊ품에 품고 ㅋ主(주)께서 그들의 列祖(열조)에게 盟誓(맹세)하신 땅으로 가라 하시나이까
Did I conceive all these people? Did I give them birth? Why do you tell me to carry them in my arms, as a nurse carries an infant, to the land you promised on oath to their forefathers? Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child, unto the land which thou swarest unto their fathers? |

이 모든 百姓(백성)에게 줄 고기를 내가 ㅌ어디서 얻으리이까 그들이 나를 向(향)하여 울며 가로되 우리에게 고기를 주어 먹게 하라 하온즉
Where can I get meat for all these people? They keep wailing to me, 'Give us meat to eat!' Whence should I have flesh to give unto all this people? for they weep unto me, saying, Give us flesh, that we may eat. |

責任(책임)이 甚(심)히 重(중)하여 ㅍ나 혼자는 이 모든 百姓(백성)을 질 수 없나이다
I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me. I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me. |
15 |
主(주)께서 내게 이같이 行(행)하실찐대 求(구)하옵나니 내게 恩惠(은혜)를 베푸사 卽時(즉시) 나를 죽여 나로 나의 困苦(곤고)함을 보지 않게 하옵소서
If this is how you are going to treat me, put me to death right now--if I have found favor in your eyes--and do not let me face my own ruin." And if thou deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness. |

● 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 이스라엘 老人(노인) 中(중) ㅎ百姓(백성)의 長老(장로)와 ㅏ有司(유사)되는
줄을 네가 아는 者(자) 七十人(칠십인)을 모아 데리고 會幕(회막) 내 앞에 이르러 거기서 너와 함께 서게 하라
The LORD said to Moses: "Bring me seventy of Israel's elders who are known to you as leaders and officials among the people. Have them come to the Tent of Meeting, that they may stand there with you. And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee. |

ㅑ내가 降臨(강림)하여 거기서 너와 말하고 ㅓ네게 臨(임)한 神(신)을 그들에게도 臨(임)하게 하리니 ㅕ그들이 너와 함께 百姓(백성)의 짐을
擔當(담당)하고 너 혼자 지지 아니하리라
I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take of the Spirit that is on you and put the Spirit on them. They will help you carry the burden of the people so that you will not have to carry it alone. And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone. |

또 百姓(백성)에게 이르기를 ㅗ너희 몸을 거룩히 하여 來日(내일) 고기 먹기를 기다리라 너희가 울며 이르기를 누가 우리에게 고기를 주어 먹게할꼬 ㅛ애굽에
있을 때가 우리에게 재미 있었다 하는 말이 여호와께 들렸으므로 여호와께서 너희에게 고기를 주어 먹게 하실 것이라
Tell the people: 'Consecrate yourselves in preparation for tomorrow, when you will eat meat. The LORD heard you when you wailed, If only we had meat to eat! We were better off in Egypt!" Now the LORD will give you meat, and you will eat it. And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for it was well with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat. |
19 |
하루나 이틀이나 닷새나 열흘이나 二十日(이십일)만 먹을 뿐 아니라
You will not eat it for just one day, or two days, or five, ten or twenty days, Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days; |

코에서 넘쳐서 싫어하기까지 一個月間(일개월간)을 ㅜ먹게 하시리니 이는 너희가 너희 中(중)에 居(거)하시는 여호와를 蔑視(멸시)하고 그 앞에서 울며 이르기를 우리가
ㅠ어찌하여 애굽에서 나왔던고 함이라 하라
but for a whole month--until it comes out of your nostrils and you loathe it--because you have rejected the LORD, who is among you, and have wailed before him, saying, "Why did we ever leave Egypt?"'" But even a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that ye have despised the LORD which is among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt? |

모세가 가로되 나와 으함께 있는 이 百姓(백성)의 步行者(보행자)가 六十(육십) 萬名(만명)이온데 主(주)의 말씀이 一個月(일개월)간 고기를 주어 먹게 하겠다 하시오니
But Moses said, "Here I am among six hundred thousand men on foot, and you say, 'I will give them meat to eat for a whole month!' And Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen; and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month. |

이그들을 爲(위)하여 羊(양)떼와 소떼를 잡은들 足(족)하오며 바다의 모든 고기를 모은들 足(족)하오리이까

Would they have enough if flocks and herds were slaughtered for them? Would they have enough if all the fish in the sea were caught for them?" Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them? |

여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 ㅐ여호와의 손이 짧아졌느냐 네가 이제 ㄱ내 말이 네게 應(응)하는
與否(여부)를 보리라
The LORD answered Moses, "Is the LORD'S arm too short? You will now see whether or not what I say will come true for you." And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD'S hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not. |

● 모세가 나가서 여호와의 말씀을 百姓(백성)에게 告(고)하고 ㄴ百姓(백성)의 長老(장로) 七十人(칠십인)을 모아 帳幕(장막)에 둘러 세우매

So Moses went out and told the people what the LORD had said. He brought together seventy of their elders and had them stand around the Tent. And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle. |

ㄷ여호와께서 구름 가운데 降臨(강림)하사 모세에게 말씀하시고 그에게 臨(임)한 神(신)을 七十(칠십) 長老(장로)에게도 臨(임)하게 하시니 神(신)이 臨(임)하신 때에 그들이 豫言(예언)을 하다가 다시는 아니하였더라

Then the LORD came down in the cloud and spoke with him, and he took of the Spirit that was on him and put the Spirit on the seventy elders. When the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied, but they did not do so again. And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. |

● 그 錄名(녹명)된 者(자) 中(중) 엘닷이라 하는 者(자)와 메닷이라 하는 者(자) 두 사람이 陣(진)에 머물고
ㄹ會幕(회막)에 나아가지 아니하였으나 그들에게도 神(신)이 臨(임)하였으므로 陣(진)에서
豫言(예언)한지라
However, two men, whose names were Eldad and Medad, had remained in the camp. They were listed among the elders, but did not go out to the Tent. Yet the Spirit also rested on them, and they prophesied in the camp. But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp. |

한 少年(소년)이 달려와서 모세에게 告(고)하여 가로되 엘닷과 메닷이 陣(진) 中(중)에서 豫言(예언)하더이다 하매
A young man ran and told Moses, "Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp." And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp. |

擇(택)한 者(자) 中(중) 한 사람 곧 모세를 섬기는 눈의 아들 ㅁ여호수아가 말하여 가로되 내 主(주) 모세여 ㅂ禁(금)하소서
Joshua son of Nun, who had been Moses' aide since youth, spoke up and said, "Moses, my lord, stop them!" And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them. |

모세가 그에게 이르되 네가 나를 爲(위)하여 猜忌(시기)하느냐 ㅅ여호와께서 그 神(신)을 그 모든 百姓(백성)에게 주사 다 先知者(선지자) 되게 하시기를 願(원)하노라

But Moses replied, "Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the LORD'S people were prophets and that the LORD would put his Spirit on them!" And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD'S people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them! |

모세와 이스라엘 長老(장로)들이 陣(진) 中(중)으로 돌아왔더라
Then Moses and the elders of Israel returned to the camp. And Moses gat him into the camp, he and the elders of Israel. |

● ㅇ바람이 여호와에게로서 나와 바다에서부터 메추라기를 몰아 陣(진)곁 이便(편) 저便(편) 곧 陣(진)
四方(사방)으로 各其(각기) 하룻길 되는 地面(지면) 위 두 규빗쯤에 내리게 한지라
Now a wind went out from the LORD and drove quail in from the sea. It brought them down all around the camp to about three feet above the ground, as far as a day's walk in any direction. And there went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day's journey on this side, and as it were a day's journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth. |

百姓(백성)이 일어나 終日(종일) 終夜(종야)와 그 이튿날 終日(종일)토록 메추라기를 모으니 적게 모은 者(자)도 十(십) ㅈ호멜이라 그들이 自己(자기)를 爲(위)하여 陣(진)
四面(사면)에 펴 두었더라
All that day and night and all the next day the people went out and gathered quail. No one gathered less than ten homers. Then they spread them out all around the camp. And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp. |

ㅊ고기가 아직 잇사이에 있어 씹히기 前(전)에 ㅋ여호와께서 百姓(백성)에게 對(대)하여 震怒(진노)하사 甚(심)히 큰 災殃(재앙)으로 치셨으므로
But while the meat was still between their teeth and before it could be consumed, the anger of the LORD burned against the people, and he struck them with a severe plague. And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD smote the people with a very great plague. |

그곳 이름을 3)ㅌ기브롯 핫다아와라 稱(칭)하였으니 貪慾(탐욕)을 낸 百姓(백성)을 거기 葬事(장사)함이었더라

Therefore the place was named Kibroth Hattaavah, because there they buried the people who had craved other food. And he called the name of that place Kibrothhattaavah: because there they buried the people that lusted. |

百姓(백성)이 ㅍ기브롯 핫다아와에서 進行(진행)하여 ㅎ하세롯에 이르러 거기 居(거)하니라
From Kibroth Hattaavah the people traveled to Hazeroth and stayed there. And the people journeyed from Kibrothhattaavah unto Hazeroth; and abode at Hazeroth. |
