1 유다의 罪(죄)는 金剛石(금강석) 끝 鐵筆(철필)로 記錄(기록)되되 그들의 마음 板(판)과 그들의 壇(단) 뿔에 새겨졌거늘

Judah's sin is engraved with an iron tool, inscribed with a flint point, on the tablets of their hearts and on the horns of their altars.

The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron, and with the point of a diamond: it is graven upon the table of their heart, and upon the horns of your altars;

2 그들의 子女(자녀)가 높은 푸른나무 곁에 있는 그 壇(단)들과 아세라들을 생각하도다

Even their children remember their altars and Asherah poles beside the spreading trees and on the high hills.

Whilst their children remember their altars and their groves by the green trees upon the high hills.

3 들에 있는 나의 山(산)아 네 온 地境(지경)의 罪(죄)로 因(인)하여 내가 네 財産(재산)과 네 모든 寶物(보물)과 山堂(산당)들로 擄略(노략)을 當(당)하게 하리니

My mountain in the land and your wealth and all your treasures I will give away as plunder, together with your high places, because of sin throughout your country.

O my mountain in the field, I will give thy substance and all thy treasures to the spoil, and thy high places for sin, throughout all thy borders.

4 내가 네게 준 네 基業(기업)에서 네 손을 뗄 것이며 또 내가 너로 너의 알지 못하는 땅에서 네 對敵(대적)을 섬기게 하리니 이는 너희가 내 怒(노)로 猛烈(맹렬)케 하여 永永(영영)히 타는 불을 일으켰음이니라

Through your own fault you will lose the inheritance I gave you. I will enshave you to your enemies in a land you do not know, for you have kindled my anger, and it will burn forever."

And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever.

5 ● 나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 무릇 사람을 믿으며 血肉(혈육)으로 그 權力(권력)을 삼고 마음이 여호와에게서 떠난 그 사람은 詛呪(저주)를 받을 것이라

This is what the LORD says: "Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who depends on flesh for his strength and whose heart turns away from the LORD.

Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.

6 그는 沙漠(사막)의 떨기나무 같아서 좋은 일의 오는 것을 보지 못하고 曠野(광야) 乾燥(건조)한 곳, 건건한 땅, 사람이 居(거)하지 않는 땅에 居(거)하리라

He will be like a bush in the wastelands; he will not see prosperity when it comes. He will dwell in the parched places of the desert, in a salt land where no one lives.

For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.

7 그러나 무릇 여호와를 依支(의지)하며 여호와를 依賴(의뢰)하는 그 사람은 福(복)을 받을 것이라

But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.

8 그는 물가에 심기운 나무가 그 뿌리를 江邊(강변)에 뻗치고 더위가 올찌라도 두려워 아니하며 그 잎이 靑靑(청청)하며 가무는 해에도 걱정이 없고 結實(결실)이 그치지 아니함 같으리라

He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit."

For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

9 ● 萬物(만물)보다 거짓되고 甚(심)히 腐敗(부패)한 것은 마음이라 누가 能(능)히 이를 알리요마는

The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

10 나 여호와는 心臟(심장)을 살피며 肺腑(폐부)를 試驗(시험)하고 各各(각각) 그 行爲(행위)와 그 行實(행실)대로 報應(보응)하나니

I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve.

I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

11 不義(불의)로 致富(치부)하는 者(자)는 자고새가 낳지 아니한 알을 품음 같아서 그 中年(중년)에 그것이 떠나겠고 畢竟(필경)은 어리석은 者(자)가 되리라

Like a partridge that hatches eggs it did not lay is the man who gains riches by unjust means. When his life is half gone, they will desert him, and in the end he will prove to be a fool.

As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.

12 ● 榮華(영화)로우신 寶座(보좌)여 元始(원시)부터 높이 계시며 우리의 聖所(성소)이시며

A glorious throne, exalted from the beginning, is the place of our sanctuary.

A glorious high throne from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary.

13 이스라엘의 所望(소망)이신 여호와여 무릇 主(주)를 버리는 者(자)는 다 羞恥(수치)를 當(당)할 것이라 무릇 1)여호와를 떠나는 者(자)는 흙에 記錄(기록)이 되오리니 이는 生水(생수)의 根源(근원)이신 여호와를 버림이니이다

O LORD, the hope of Israel, all who forsake you will be put to shame. Those who turn away from you will be written in the dust because they have forsaken the LORD, the spring of living water.

O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.

14 여호와여 主(주)는 나의 讚頌(찬송)이시오니 나를 고치소서 그리하시면 내가 낫겠나이다 나를 救援(구원)하소서 그리하시면 내가 救援(구원)을 얻으리이다

Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

15 그들이 내게 이르기를 여호와의 말씀이 어디 있느뇨 이제 臨(임)하게 할찌어다 하나이다

They keep saying to me, "Where is the word of the LORD? Let it now be fulfilled!"

Behold, they say unto me, Where is the word of the LORD? let it come now.

16 나는 牧者(목자)의 職分(직분)에서 물러가지 아니하고 主(주)를 좇았사오며 災殃(재앙)의 날도 내가 願(원)치 아니하였음을 主(주)께서 아시는 바라 내 입술에서 나온 것이 主(주)의 目前(목전)에 있나이다

I have not run away from being your shepherd; you know I have not desired the day of despair. What passes my lips is open before you.

As for me, I have not hastened from being a pastor to follow thee: neither have I desired the woeful day; thou knowest: that which came out of my lips was right before thee.

17 主(주)는 내게 두려움이 되지 마옵소서 災殃(재앙)의 날에 主(주)는 나의 避難處(피난처)시니이다

Do not be a terror to me; you are my refuge in the day of disaster.

Be not a terror unto me: thou art my hope in the day of evil.

18 나를 迫害(박해)하는 者(자)로 羞辱(수욕)을 當(당)케 하시고 나로 羞辱(수욕)을 當(당)케 마옵소서 그들로 놀라게 하시고 나로 놀라게 마시옵소서 災殃(재앙)의 날을 그들에게 臨(임)하게 하시며 倍(배)나 되는 滅亡(멸망)으로 그들을 滅(멸)하소서

Let my persecutors be put to shame, but keep me from shame; let them be terrified, but keep me from terror. Bring on them the day of disaster; destroy them with double destruction.

Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction.

19 ● 여호와께서 내게 이같이 말씀하시되 너는 가서 유다 王(왕)들의 出入(출입)하는 平民(평민)의 門(문)과 예루살렘 모든 門(문)에 서서

This is what the LORD said to me: "Go and stand at the gate of the people, through which the kings of Judah go in and out; stand also at all the other gates of Jerusalem.

Thus said the LORD unto me; Go and stand in the gate of the children of the people, whereby the kings of Judah come in, and by the which they go out, and in all the gates of Jerusalem;

20 무리에게 이르기를 이 門(문)으로 들어오는 유다 王(왕)들과 유다 모든 百姓(백성)과 예루살렘 모든 居民(거민) 너희는 여호와의 말씀을 들을찌어다

Say to them, 'Hear the word of the LORD, O kings of Judah and all people of Judah and everyone living in Jerusalem who come through these gates.

And say unto them, Hear ye the word of the LORD, ye kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, that enter in by these gates:

21 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시되 너희는 스스로 삼가서 安息日(안식일)에 짐을 지고 예루살렘 門(문)으로 들어오지 말며

This is what the LORD says: Be careful not to carry a load on the Sabbath day or bring it through the gates of Jerusalem.

Thus saith the LORD; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;

22 安息日(안식일)에 너희 집에서 짐을 내지 말며 아무 일이든지 하지 말아서 내가 너희 列祖(열조)에게 命(명)함같이 安息日(안식일)을 거룩히 할찌어다

Do not bring a load out of your houses or do any work on the Sabbath, but keep the Sabbath day holy, as I commanded your forefathers.

Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.

23 그들은 聽從(청종)치 아니하며 귀를 기울이지 아니하며 그 목을 곧게 하여 듣지 아니하며 敎訓(교훈)을 받지 아니하였느니라

Yet they did not listen or pay attention; they were stiff-necked and would not listen or respond to discipline.

But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.

24 ● 나 여호와가 말하노라 너희가 萬一(만일) 삼가 나를 聽從(청종)하여 安息日(안식일)에 짐을 지고 이 城門(성문)으로 들어오지 아니하며 安息日(안식일)을 거룩히 하여 아무 일이든지 하지 아니하면

But if you are careful to obey me, declares the LORD, and bring no load through the gates of this city on the Sabbath, but keep the Sabbath day holy by not doing any work on it,

And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith the LORD, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein;

25 다윗의 位(위)에 앉는 王(왕)들과 方伯(방백)들이 兵車(병거)와 말을 타고 이 城門(성문)으로 들어오되 그들과 유다 모든 百姓(백성)과 예루살렘 居民(거민)들이 함께 그리할 것이요 이 城(성)은 永永(영영)히 있을 것이며

then kings who sit on David's throne will come through the gates of this city with their officials. They and their officials will come riding in chariots and on horses, accompanied by the men of Judah and those living in Jerusalem, and this city will be inhabited forever.

Then shall there enter into the gates of this city kings and princes sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their princes, the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and this city shall remain for ever.

26 사람들이 유다 城邑(성읍)들과 예루살렘에 둘린 곳들과 베냐민 땅과 2)平地(평지)와 山地(산지)와 南方(남방)에서 이르러서 燔祭(번제)와 犧牲(희생)과 素祭(소제)와 乳香(유향)과 感謝(감사)의 犧牲(희생)을 가지고 여호와의 집으로 오려니와

People will come from the towns of Judah and the villages around Jerusalem, from the territory of Benjamin and the western foothills, from the hill country and the Negev, bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings, incense and thank offerings to the house of the LORD.

And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and meat offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the house of the LORD.

27 너희가 나를 聽從(청종)치 아니하고 安息日(안식일)을 거룩케 아니하여 安息日(안식일)에 짐을 지고 예루살렘 門(문)으로 들어 오면 내가 城門(성문)에 불을 놓아 예루살렘 宮殿(궁전)을 삼키게 하리니 그 불이 꺼지지 아니하리라 하셨다 할찌니라

But if you do not obey me to keep the Sabbath day holy by not carrying any load as you come through the gates of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day, then I will kindle an unquenchable fire in the gates of Jerusalem that will consume her fortresses.'"

But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.
