ㅏ그즈음에 히스기야가 ㅑ病(병)들어 죽게 되니 아모스의 아들 先知者(선지자) ㅓ이사야가 나와서 그에게 이르되 여호와께서
이같이 말씀하시기를 너는 네 집에 遺言(유언)하라 네가 죽고 살지 못하리라 하셨나이다
In those days Hezekiah became ill and was at the point of death. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz went to him and said, "This is what the LORD says: Put your house in order, because you are going to die; you will not recover." In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live. |

히스기야가 얼굴을 璧(벽)으로 向(향)하고 여호와께 祈禱(기도)하여
Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the LORD, Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed unto the LORD, |

가로되 여호와여 求(구)하오니 ㅕ내가 主(주)의 앞에서 眞實(진실)과 全心(전심)으로 行(행)하며 主(주)의 目前(목전)에서 善(선)하게 行(행)한 것을 追億(추억)하옵소서 하고 甚(심)히 痛哭(통곡)하니

Remember, O LORD, how I have walked before you faithfully and with wholehearted devotion and have done what is good in your eyes. And Hezekiah wept bitterly. And said, Remember now, O LORD, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. |

이에 여호와의 말씀이 이사야에게 臨(임)하니라 가라사대
Then the word of the LORD came to Isaiah: Then came the word of the LORD to Isaiah, saying, |

너는 가서 히스기야에게 이르기를 네 祖上(조상) 다윗의 하나님 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시기를 내가 네 祈禱(기도)를 들었고 네 눈물을 보았노라 내가 네 壽限(수한)에
ㅗ十五年(십오년)을 더하고
Go and tell Hezekiah, 'This is what the LORD, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will add fifteen years to your life. Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years. |

ㅛ너와 이 城(성)을 앗수르 王(왕)의 손에서 건져내겠고 내가 또 이 城(성)을 保護(보호)하리라

나 여호와가 말한 것을 네게 이룰 證據(증거)로 이 徵兆(징조)를 네게 주리라
'This is the LORD'S sign to you that the LORD will do what he has promised: And this shall be a sign unto thee from the LORD, that the LORD will do this thing that he hath spoken; |

보라 ㅜ아하스의 日影表(일영표)에 나아갔던 해 그림자를 뒤로 十度(십도)를 물러가게 하리라 하셨다 하라 하시더니 이에 日影表(일영표)에
나아갔던 해의 그림자가 十度(십도)를 물러가니라
I will make the shadow cast by the sun go back the ten steps it has gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.'" So the sunlight went back the ten steps it had gone down. Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which is gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward. So the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was gone down. |

빼앗기게 되리라 하였도다

I said, "In the prime of my life must I go through the gates of death and be robbed of the rest of my years?" I said in the cutting off of my days, I shall go to the gates of the grave: I am deprived of the residue of my years. |

내가 또 말하기를 내가 다시는 여호와를 뵈옵지 못하리니 으生存(생존) 世界(세계)에서 다시는 여호와를 뵈옵지 못하겠고 내가 世上(세상) 居民(거민) 中(중)에서 한 사람도 다시는 보지 못하리라 하였도다
I said, "I will not again see the LORD, the LORD, in the land of the living; no longer will I look on mankind, or be with those who now dwell in this world. I said, I shall not see the LORD, even the LORD, in the land of the living: I shall behold man no more with the inhabitants of the world. |

나의 居處(거처)는 이牧者(목자)의 帳幕(장막)을 걷음 같이 나를 떠나 옮겼고 내가 내 生命(생명)을 말기를 織工(직공)이 ㅐ베를 ㄱ걷어 말음 같이 하였도다 ㄴ主(주)께서 나를 틀에서 끊으시리니 나의 命(명)이 ㄷ朝夕間(조석간)에 마치리이다
Like a shepherd's tent my house has been pulled down and taken from me. Like a weaver I have rolled up my life, and he has cut me off from the loom; day and night you made an end of me. Mine age is departed, and is removed from me as a shepherd's tent: I have cut off like a weaver my life: he will cut me off with pining sickness: from day even to night wilt thou make an end of me. |

ㄹ내가 아침까지 견디었사오나 ㅁ主(주)께서 獅子(사자)같이 나의 모든 뼈를 꺾으시오니 나의 命(명)이 朝夕間(조석간)에 마치리이다
I waited patiently till dawn, but like a lion he broke all my bones; day and night you made an end of me. I reckoned till morning, that, as a lion, so will he break all my bones: from day even to night wilt thou make an end of me. |

나는 ㅂ제비 같이, 鶴(학) 같이 지저귀며 ㅅ비둘기 같이 슬피 울며 나의 눈이 衰(쇠)하도록 ㅇ仰望(앙망)하나이다 여호와여 내가 壓制(압제)를 받사오니 나의 ㅈ中保(중보)가 되옵소서
I cried like a swift or thrush, I moaned like a mourning dove. My eyes grew weak as I looked to the heavens. I am troubled; O Lord, come to my aid!" Like a crane or a swallow, so did I chatter: I did mourn as a dove: mine eyes fail with looking upward: O LORD, I am oppressed; undertake for me. |

主(주)께서 내게 말씀하시고 또 親(친)히 이루셨사오니 내가 무슨 말씀을 하오리이까 내 靈魂(영혼)의 苦痛(고통)을 因(인)하여 ㅊ내가 終身(종신)토록 恪勤(각근)히 行(행)하리이다

But what can I say? He has spoken to me, and he himself has done this. I will walk humbly all my years because of this anguish of my soul. What shall I say? he hath both spoken unto me, and himself hath done it: I shall go softly all my years in the bitterness of my soul. |

ㅋ主(주)여 사람의 사는 것이 이에 있고 내 心靈(심령)의 生命(생명)도 穩全(온전)히 거기 있사오니 願(원)컨대 나를 治療(치료)하시며 나를 살려주옵소서

Lord, by such things men live; and my spirit finds life in them too. You restored me to health and let me live. O Lord, by these things men live, and in all these things is the life of my spirit: so wilt thou recover me, and make me to live. |

보옵소서 ㅌ내게 큰 苦痛(고통)을 더하신 것은 내게 平安(평안)을 주려 하심이라 ㅍ主(주)께서 나의 靈魂(영혼)을 사랑하사 滅亡(멸망)의 구덩이에서 건지셨고 나의 모든 罪(죄)는 主(주)의 등 뒤에 던지셨나이다
Surely it was for my benefit that I suffered such anguish. In your love you kept me from the pit of destruction; you have put all my sins behind your back. Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back. |

ㅎ陰府(음부)가 主(주)께 謝禮(사례)하지 못하며 死亡(사망)이 主(주)를 讚揚(찬양)하지 못하며 구덩이에 들어간 者(자)가 主(주)의 信實(신실)을 바라지 못하되
For the grave cannot praise you, death cannot sing your praise; those who go down to the pit cannot hope for your faithfulness. For the grave cannot praise thee, death can not celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth. |

오직 산 者(자) 곧 산 者(자)는 오늘날 내가 하는 것과 같이 主(주)께 感謝(감사)하며 主(주)의 信實(신실)을 ㅏ아비가 그 子女(자녀)에게 알게 하리이다
The living, the living--they praise you, as I am doing today; fathers tell their children about your faithfulness. The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth. |

여호와께서 나를 救援(구원)하시리니 우리가 終身(종신)토록 ㅑ여호와의 殿(전)에서 竪琴(수금)으로
나의 노래를 노래하리로다

The LORD will save me, and we will sing with stringed instruments all the days of our lives in the temple of the LORD. The LORD was ready to save me: therefore we will sing my songs to the stringed instruments all the days of our life in the house of the LORD. |

● ㅓ이사야는 이르기를 한 뭉치 無花果(무화과)를 取(취)하여 腫處(종처)에 붙이면 王(왕)이 나으리라 하였었고

Isaiah had said, "Prepare a poultice of figs and apply it to the boil, and he will recover." For Isaiah had said, Let them take a lump of figs, and lay it for a plaister upon the boil, and he shall recover. |

히스기야도 말하기를 내가 여호와의 殿(전)에 올라갈 徵兆(징조)가 무엇이뇨 하였었더라
Hezekiah had asked, "What will be the sign that I will go up to the temple of the LORD?" Hezekiah also had said, What is the sign that I shall go up to the house of the LORD? |
