ㅕ여호와께서 야곱을 矜恤(긍휼)히 여기시며 이스라엘을 다시 擇(택)하여 自己(자기)
ㅗ故土(고토)에 두시리니 ㅛ나그네 된 者(자)가
야곱 族屬(족속)에게 加入(가입)되어 그들과 聯合(연합)할 것이며
The LORD will have compassion on Jacob; once again he will choose Israel and will settle them in their own land. Aliens will join them and unite with the house of Jacob. For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob. |

ㅜ民族(민족)들이 그들을 데리고 그들의 本土(본토)에 돌아오리니 이스라엘 族屬(족속)이 여호와의 땅에서 그들을 얻어 ㅠ奴婢(노비)를 삼겠고
으前(전)에 自己(자기)를 사로잡던 者(자)를 사로잡고 이自己(자기)를 壓制(압제)하던 者(자)를 主管(주관)하리라
Nations will take them and bring them to their own place. And the house of Israel will possess the nations as menservants and maidservants in the LORD'S land. They will make captives of their captors and rule over their oppressors. And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors. |

● 여호와께서 너를 슬픔과 困苦(곤고)와 및 너의 受苦(수고)하는 苦役(고역)에서 놓으시고 安息(안식)을 주시는 날에
On the day the LORD gives you relief from suffering and turmoil and cruel bondage, And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve, |

너는 바벨론 王(왕)에 對(대)하여 이 ㅐ노래를 지어 이르기를 虐待(학대)하던 者(자)가 어찌 그리 그쳤으며 ㄱ强暴(강포)한 城(성)이 어찌 그리 廢(폐)하였는고
you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon: How the oppressor has come to an end! How his fury has ended! That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased! |

여호와께서 ㄴ惡人(악인)의 몽둥이와 覇權者(패권자)의 笏(홀)을 꺾으셨도다

ㄷ그들이 忿(분)내어 여러 民族(민족)을 치되 치기를 마지
아니하였고 怒(노)하여 列邦(열방)을 抑壓(억압)하여도 그 抑壓(억압)을 막을 者(자) 없었더니

which in anger struck down peoples with unceasing blows, and in fury subdued nations with relentless aggression. He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth. |

이제는 온 땅이 平安(평안)하고 靜穩(정온)하니 무리가 소리질러 ㄹ노래하는도다
All the lands are at rest and at peace; they break into singing. The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing. |

ㅁ香(향)나무와 레바논 ㅂ柏香木(백향목)도 ㅅ너로 因(인)하여 기뻐하여 이르기를 네가 넘어뜨리웠은즉 올라와서 우리를 斫伐(작벌)할 者(자) 없다 하는도다
Even the pine trees and the cedars of Lebanon exult over you and say, "Now that you have been laid low, no woodsman comes to cut us down." Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us. |

ㅇ아래의 陰府(음부)가 너로 因(인)하여 騷動(소동)하여 너의 옴을 迎接(영접)하되 그것이 世上(세상)에서의 모든 英雄(영웅)을 너로 因(인)하여 動(동)하게 하며 列邦(열방)의 모든 王(왕)으로 그 寶座(보좌)에서 일어서게 하므로

The grave below is all astir to meet you at your coming; it rouses the spirits of the departed to greet you--all those who were leaders in the world; it makes them rise from their thrones--all those who were kings over the nations. Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. |

네 榮華(영화)가 陰府(음부)에 떨어졌음이여 너의 琵琶(비파) 소리까지로다 구더기가 네 아래 깔림이여 지렁이가 너를 덮었도다
All your pomp has been brought down to the grave, along with the noise of your harps; maggots are spread out beneath you and worms cover you. Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. |

● 너 ㅊ아침의 아들 啓明星(계명성)이여 어찌 그리 ㅋ하늘에서 떨어졌으며 너
列國(열국)을 엎은 者(자)여 어찌 그리 땅에 찍혔는고
How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! |

네가 네 마음에 이르기를 ㅌ내가 하늘에 올라 ㅍ하나님의 뭇 별 위에 나의
寶座(보좌)를 높이리라 내가 北極(북극) 集會(집회)의 山(산) 위에 座定(좌정)하리라
You said in your heart, "I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: |

가장 높은 구름에 올라 至極(지극)히 높은 者(자)와 비기리라 하도다
I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High." I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. |

ㅎ그러나 이제 네가 陰府(음부) 곧 구덩이의 맨 밑에 빠치우리로다
But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. |

너를 보는 者(자)가 注目(주목)하여 너를 仔細(자세)히 살펴 보며 말하기를 이 ㅏ사람이 땅을 震動(진동)시키며 列國(열국)을 驚動(경동)시키며

世界(세계)를 荒蕪(황무)케 하며 城邑(성읍)을 破壞(파괴)하며 ㅑ사로잡힌 者(자)를 그 집으로 놓아 보내지 않던 者(자)가 아니뇨 하리로다

the man who made the world a desert, who overthrew its cities and would not let his captives go home?" That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? |

列邦(열방)의 王(왕)들은 모두 各各(각각) 自己(자기) 집에서 榮光(영광)
中(중)에 자건마는
All the kings of the nations lie in state, each in his own tomb. All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house. |
19 |
오직 너는 自己(자기) 무덤에서 내어쫓겼으니 可憎(가증)한 나무가지 같고 ㅓ칼에 찔려 돌구덩이에 빠진 주검에 둘러싸였으니 밟힌 屍體(시체)와 같도다

But you are cast out of your tomb like a rejected branch; you are covered with the slain, with those pierced by the sword, those who descend to the stones of the pit. Like a corpse trampled underfoot, But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet. |

네가 自己(자기) 땅을 亡(망)케 하였고 自己(자기) 百姓(백성)을 죽였으므로 그들과 一般(일반)으로 安葬(안장)함을
얻지 못하나니 ㅕ惡(악)을 行(행)하는 者(자)의 後孫(후손)은 永永(영영)히 이름이 나지 못하리로다
you will not join them in burial, for you have destroyed your land and killed your people. The offspring of the wicked will never be mentioned again. Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned. |

● 너희는 그들의 ㅗ列祖(열조)의 罪惡(죄악)을 因(인)하여 그 子孫(자손) 屠戮(도륙)하기를 豫備(예비)하여 그들로 일어나 땅을 取(취)하여 世上(세상)에 城邑(성읍)을 充滿(충만)케 하지 못하게 하라
Prepare a place to slaughter his sons for the sins of their forefathers; they are not to rise to inherit the land and cover the earth with their cities. Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities. |

萬軍(만군)의 여호와께서 말씀하시되 내가 일어나 그들을 쳐서 그 이름과 ㅛ남은 者(자)와 ㅜ아들과 後孫(후손)을 바벨론에서
끊으리라 나 여호와의 말이니라
I will rise up against them, declares the LORD Almighty. "I will cut off from Babylon her name and survivors, her offspring and descendants," declares the LORD. For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD. |

내가 또 그것으로 ㅠ고슴도치의 窟穴(굴혈)과 물웅덩이가 되게 하고 또 滅亡(멸망)의 비로 掃除(소제)하리라
나 萬軍(만군)의 여호와의 말이니라
I will turn her into a place for owls and into swampland; I will sweep her with the broom of destruction, declares the LORD Almighty. I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts. |

● 萬軍(만군)의 여호와께서 盟誓(맹세)하여 가라사대 으나의 생각한 것이 반드시 되며 나의 經營(경영)한 것이

이내가 앗수르 사람을 나의 땅에서 破(파)하며 나의 山(산)에서 발아래 밟으리니 그 때에 ㅐ그의 멍에가 이스라엘에게서 떠나고 그의 짐이 그들의 어깨에서 벗어질 것이라
I will crush the Assyrian in my land; on my mountains I will trample him down. His yoke will be taken from my people, and his burden removed from their shoulders." That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders. |

이것이 온 世界(세계)를 向(향)하여 定(정)한 經營(경영)이며 이것이 ㄱ列邦(열방)을 向(향)하여 편 손이라 하셨나니

This is the plan determined for the whole world; this is the hand stretched out over all nations. This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations. |

ㄴ萬軍(만군)의 여호와께서 經營(경영)하셨은즉 누가 能(능)히 그것을 廢(폐)하며 그 손을 펴셨은즉 누가 能(능)히 그것을 돌이키랴
For the LORD Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back? For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back? |

● ㄷ아하스 王(왕)의 죽던 해에 받은 ㄹ警告(경고)라
This oracle came in the year King Ahaz died: In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden. |

ㅁ블레셋 온 땅이여 ㅂ너를 치던 막대기가 부러졌다고 기뻐하지 말라 뱀의 뿌리에서는 ㅅ毒蛇(독사)가 나겠고 그 열매는 나는 불뱀이 되리라
Do not rejoice, all you Philistines, that the rod that struck you is broken; from the root of that snake will spring up a viper, its fruit will be a darting, venomous serpent. Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent. |

ㅇ가난한 者(자)의 長子(장자)는 먹겠고 貧乏(빈핍)한 者(자)는 平安(평안)히 누우려니와 내가 너의 뿌리를 饑饉(기근)으로 죽일 것이요 너의
남은 者(자)는 殺戮(살륙)을 當(당)하리라
The poorest of the poor will find pasture, and the needy will lie down in safety. But your root I will destroy by famine; it will slay your survivors. And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety: and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant. |

ㅈ城門(성문)이여 ㅊ슬피 울찌어다 城邑(성읍)이여 부르짖을찌어다 너 블레셋이여 다 燒滅(소멸)되게 되었도다 大抵(대저) ㅋ煙氣(연기)가
北方(북방)에서 오는데 ㅌ그 行伍(항오)를 떨어져 行(행)하는 者(자) 없느니라
Wail, O gate! Howl, O city! Melt away, all you Philistines! A cloud of smoke comes from the north, and there is not a straggler in its ranks. Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, art dissolved: for there shall come from the north a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times. |

● 그 나라 使臣(사신)들에게 어떻게 對答(대답)하겠느냐 ㅍ여호와께서 시온을 세우셨으니 그의 百姓(백성)의 困苦(곤고)한 者(자)들이 그 안에서 避難(피난)하리라 할 것이니라
What answer shall be given to the envoys of that nation? "The LORD has established Zion, and in her his afflicted people will find refuge." What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it. |
