At that time, declares the LORD, "I will be the God of all the clans of Israel, and they will be my people." At the same time, saith the LORD, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people. |

나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 칼에서 벗어난 百姓(백성)이 曠野(광야)에서 恩惠(은혜)를 얻었나니 곧 ㅅ내가 이스라엘로 安息(안식)을 얻게 하러 갈 때에라
This is what the LORD says: "The people who survive the sword will find favor in the desert; I will come to give rest to Israel." Thus saith the LORD, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest. |

나 여호와가 옛적에 1)이스라엘에게 나타나 이르기를 ㅇ내가 無窮(무궁)한 사랑으로 너를 사랑하는 故(고)로 ㅈ仁慈(인자)함으로 ㅊ너를 引導(인도)하였다 하였노라
The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness. The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee. |

處女(처녀) 이스라엘아 내가 ㅋ다시 너를 세우리니 네가 세움을 입을 것이요 ㅌ네가 다시 小鼓(소고)로 너를 粧飾(장식)하고 즐거운 무리처럼 ㅍ춤추며 나올 것이며
I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel. Again you will take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful. Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: thou shalt again be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry. |

네가 ㅎ다시 사마리아 山(산)들에 葡萄園(포도원)을 심되 심는 者(자)가 심고 그 果實(과실)을 먹으리라
Again you will plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria; the farmers will plant them and enjoy their fruit. Thou shalt yet plant vines upon the mountains of Samaria: the planters shall plant, and shall eat them as common things. |

ㅏ에브라임山(산) 위에서 把守軍(파수군)이 외치는 날이 이를 것이라 이르기를 ㅑ너희는 일어나라 우리가 시온에 올라가서 우리 하나님 여호와께로 나아가자 하리라
There will be a day when watchmen cry out on the hills of Ephraim, 'Come, let us go up to Zion, to the LORD our God.'" For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion unto the LORD our God. |

● 나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 너희는 ㅓ야곱을 爲(위)하여 기뻐 노래하며 ㅕ萬國(만국))의 머리 된 者(자)를 爲(위)하여 외쳐 傳播(전파)하며 讚揚(찬양)하며 이르기를 ㅗ여호와여 主(주)의 百姓(백성) 이스라엘의 남은 者(자)를 救援(구원)하소서 하라
This is what the LORD says: "Sing with joy for Jacob; shout for the foremost of the nations. Make your praises heard, and say, 'O LORD, save your people, the remnant of Israel.' For thus saith the LORD; Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish ye, praise ye, and say, O LORD, save thy people, the remnant of Israel. |

보라 내가 ㅛ그들을 北便(북편) 땅에서 引導(인도)하며 ㅜ땅 끝에서부터 ㅠ모으리니 그들 中(중)에는 으소경과 절뚝발이와 孕胎(잉태)한 女人(여인)과 解産(해산)하는 女人(여인)이 함께 하여 큰 무리를 이루어 이 곳으로 돌아오되
See, I will bring them from the land of the north and gather them from the ends of the earth. Among them will be the blind and the lame, expectant mothers and women in labor; a great throng will return. Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together: a great company shall return thither. |

이울며 올 것이며 그들이 나의 引導(인도)함을 입고 懇求(간구)할 때에 ㅐ내가 그들로 넘어지지 아니하고 ㄱ하숫가의 ㄴ바른 길로 行(행)하게 하리라 ㄷ나는 이스라엘의 아비요 에브라임은 나의 ㄹ長子(장자)니라
They will come with weeping; they will pray as I bring them back. I will lead them beside streams of water on a level path where they will not stumble, because I am Israel's father, and Ephraim is my firstborn son. They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn. |

● 列邦(열방)이여 너희는 나 여호와의 말을 듣고 먼 섬에 傳播(전파)하여 이르기를 이스라엘을 흩으신 者(자)가 그를 모으시고 ㅁ牧者(목자)가 그 羊(양)무리에게 行(행)함 같이 그를 지키시리로다

Hear the word of the LORD, O nations; proclaim it in distant coastlands: 'He who scattered Israel will gather them and will watch over his flock like a shepherd.' Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock. |

ㅂ여호와께서 야곱을 贖良(속량)하시되 ㅅ그들보다 强(강)한 者(자)의 손에서 救贖(구속)하셨으니
For the LORD will ransom Jacob and redeem them from the hand of those stronger than they. For the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he. |
12 |
ㅇ그들이 와서 시온의 높은 곳에서 讚頌(찬송)하며 ㅈ여호와의 恩賜(은사) 곧 ㅊ穀食(곡식)과 새 葡萄酒(포도주)와 기름과 어린 羊(양)의 떼와 소의 떼에 모일 것이라 ㅋ그 心靈(심령)은 물댄 동산 같겠고 ㅌ다시는 근심이 없으리로다 할찌어다
They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will rejoice in the bounty of the LORD--the grain, the new wine and the oil, the young of the flocks and herds. They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more. Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the LORD, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all. |

ㅍ그 때에 處女(처녀)는 춤추며 즐거워하겠고 靑年(청년)과 老人(노인)이 함께 즐거워하리니 ㅎ내가 그들의 슬픔을 돌이켜 즐겁게 하며 그들을 慰勞(위로)하여 근심한 後(후)에 기쁨을 얻게 할 것임이니라
Then maidens will dance and be glad, young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow. Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow. |

ㅏ내가 기름으로 祭司長(제사장)들의 心靈(심령)에 洽足(흡족)케 하며 내 恩惠(은혜)로 내 百姓(백성)에게 滿足(만족)케 하리라 여호와의 말이니라

I will satisfy the priests with abundance, and my people will be filled with my bounty," declares the LORD. And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the LORD. |

● 나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 ㅑ라마에서 ㅓ슬퍼하며 痛哭(통곡)하는 소리가 들리니 ㅕ라헬이 그 子息(자식)을 爲(위)하여 哀哭(애곡)하는 것이라 그가 ㅗ子息(자식)이 없으므로 慰勞(위로) 받기를 拒絶(거절)하는도다
This is what the LORD says: "A voice is heard in Ramah, mourning and great weeping, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because her children are no more." Thus saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not. |

나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 네 소리를 禁(금)하여 울지 말며 네 눈을 禁(금)하여 눈물을 흘리지 말라 네 일에 갚음을 받을 것인즉 ㅛ그들이 그 對敵(대적)의 땅에서 돌아오리라 여호와의 말이니라
This is what the LORD says: "Restrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears, for your work will be rewarded," declares the LORD. "They will return from the land of the enemy. Thus saith the LORD; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the LORD; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy. |

나 여호와가 말하노라 ㅜ너의 最後(최후)에 所望(소망)이 있을것이라 너의 子女(자녀)가 自己(자기)들의 境內(경내)로 돌아오리라

So there is hope for your future," declares the LORD. "Your children will return to their own land. And there is hope in thine end, saith the LORD, that thy children shall come again to their own border. |

ㅠ에브라임이 스스로 歎息(탄식)함을 내가 丁寧(정녕)히 들었노니 이르기를 主(주)께서 나를 懲罰(징벌)하시매 멍에에 익숙지 못한 송아지 같은 내가 懲罰(징벌)을 받았나이다 主(주)는 나의 하나님 여호와시니 으나를 이끌어 돌이키소서 그리하시면 내가 돌아오겠나이다
I have surely heard Ephraim's moaning: 'You disciplined me like an unruly calf, and I have been disciplined. Restore me, and I will return, because you are the LORD my God. I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke: turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art the LORD my God. |

이내가 돌이킴을 받은 後(후)에 뉘우쳤고 내가 敎訓(교훈)을 받은 後(후)에 ㅐ내 볼기를 쳤사오니 이는 어렸을 때의 恥辱(치욕)을 진故(고)로 ㄱ부끄럽고 辱(욕)됨이니이다 하도다
After I strayed, I repented; after I came to understand, I beat my breast. I was ashamed and humiliated because I bore the disgrace of my youth.' Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth. |

에브라임은 나의 사랑하는 아들 ㄴ기뻐하는 子息(자식)이 아니냐 내가 그를 責望(책망)하여 말할 때마다 깊이 생각하노라 ㄷ그러므로 그를 爲(위)하여 내 마음이 惻隱(측은)한즉 내가 반드시 그를 矜恤(긍휼)히 여기리라 여호와의 말이니라
Is not Ephraim my dear son, the child in whom I delight? Though I often speak against him, I still remember him. Therefore my heart yearns for him; I have great compassion for him," declares the LORD. Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a pleasant child? for since I spake against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, saith the LORD. |
21 |
● ㄹ處女(처녀) 이스라엘아 너를 爲(위)하여 길標(표)를 세우며 너를 爲(위)하여 標木(표목)을 만들고 大路(대로) 곧 ㅁ네가 前(전)에 가던 길에 着念(착념)하라 돌아오라 네 城邑(성읍) 들로 돌아오라
Set up road signs; put up guideposts. Take note of the highway, the road that you take. Return, O Virgin Israel, return to your towns. Set thee up waymarks, make thee high heaps: set thine heart toward the highway, even the way which thou wentest: turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy cities. |

ㅂ悖逆(패역)한 딸아 ㅅ네가 어느때까지 彷徨(방황)하겠느냐 여호와가 새 일을 世上(세상)에 創造(창조)하였나니 곧 女子(여자)가 男子(남자)를 안으리라
How long will you wander, O unfaithful daughter? The LORD will create a new thing on earth--a woman will surround a man." How long wilt thou go about, O thou backsliding daughter? for the LORD hath created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man. |
23 |
● 나 萬軍(만군)의 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님이 이같이 말하노라 ㅇ내가 그 사로잡힌 者(자)를 돌아오게 할 때에 그들이 유다 땅과 그 城邑(성읍)들에서 다시 이 말을 쓰리니 곧 ㅈ義(의)로운 處所(처소)여, ㅊ거룩한 山(산)이여, ㅋ여호와께서 네게 福(복) 주시기를 願(원)하노라 할 것이며
This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: "When I bring them back from captivity, the people in the land of Judah and in its towns will once again use these words: 'The LORD bless you, O righteous dwelling, O sacred mountain.' Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness. |

ㅌ유다와 그 모든 城邑(성읍)의 農夫(농부)와 羊(양)떼를 引導(인도)하는 者(자)가 거기 함께 居(거)하리니

People will live together in Judah and all its towns--farmers and those who move about with their flocks. And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all the cities thereof together, husbandmen, and they that go forth with flocks. |

이는 내가 ㅍ그 疲困(피곤)한 心靈(심령)을 滿足(만족)케 하며 무릇 슬픈 心靈(심령)을 爽快(상쾌)케 하였음이니라 하시기로
I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint." For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul. |

내가 깨어보니 내 잠이 달았더라
At this I awoke and looked around. My sleep had been pleasant to me. Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me. |
27 |
● 여호와께서 가라사대 보라 내가 ㅎ사람의 씨와 짐승의 씨를 ㅏ이스라엘 집과 유다 집에 뿌릴 ㅑ날이 이르리니
The days are coming, declares the LORD, "when I will plant the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the offspring of men and of animals. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast. |

내가 警醒(경성)하여 ㅓ그들을 뽑으며 毁破(훼파)하며 轉覆(전복)하며 滅(멸)하며 困難(곤난)케 하던것 ㅕ같이 警醒(경성)하여 그들을 ㅗ세우며 심으리라 여호와의 말이니라
Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, and to overthrow, destroy and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant," declares the LORD. And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the LORD. |

그때에 그들이 다시는 이르기를 ㅛ아비가 신 葡萄(포도)를 먹었으므로 아들들의 이가 시다 하지 아니하겠고
In those days people will no longer say, 'The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge.' In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge. |

신 葡萄(포도)를 먹는 者(자)마다 그 이가 심 같이 ㅜ各其(각기) 自己(자기) 罪惡(죄악)으로만 죽으리라

● 나 여호와가 말하노라 보라 ㅠ날이 이르리니 내가 이스라엘 집과 유다 집에 으새 言約(언약)을 세우리라
The time is coming, declares the LORD, "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: |

나 여호와가 말하노라 이 言約(언약)은 이내가 그들의 列祖(열조)의 손을 잡고 애굽 땅에서 引導(인도)하여 내던 날에 세운 것과 같지 아니할 것은 ㅐ내가 그들의 2)男便(남편)이 되었어도 그들이 내 言約(언약)을 破(파)하였음이니라
It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant, though I was a husband to them," declares the LORD. Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: |

나 여호와가 말하노라 그러나 ㄱ그날 後(후)에 내가 이스라엘 집에 세울 言約(언약)은 이러하니 곧 내가 나의 法(법)을 그들의 속에 두며 그 ㄴ마음에 記錄(기록)하여 ㄷ나는 그들의 하나님이 되고 그들은 내 百姓(백성)이 될 것이라
This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the LORD. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. |

그들이 다시는 各其(각기) 이웃과 兄弟(형제)를 가리켜 이르기를 너는 여호와를 알라 하지 아니하리니 이는 ㄹ작은 者(자)로부터 큰 者(자)까지 ㅁ다 나를 앎이니라 ㅂ내가 그들의 罪惡(죄악)을 赦(사)하고 다시는 ㅅ그 罪(죄)를 記憶(기억)지 아니하리라 여호와의 말이니라
No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest," declares the LORD. "For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more." And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. |

● 나 여호와는 ㅇ해를 낮의 빛으로 주었고 ㅈ달과 별들을 밤의 빛으로 規定(규정)하였고 바다를 激動(격동)시켜 그 波濤(파도)로 소리치게 하나니 ㅊ내 이름은 萬軍(만군)의 여호와니라 내가 말하노라
This is what the LORD says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar--the LORD Almighty is his name: Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name: |

ㅋ이 規定(규정)이 내 앞에서 廢(폐)할찐대 이스라엘 子孫(자손)도 내 앞에서 廢(폐)함을 입어 永永(영영)히 나라가 되지 못하리라
Only if these decrees vanish from my sight, declares the LORD, "will the descendants of Israel ever cease to be a nation before me." If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. |

나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 위로 하늘을 測量(측량)할 수 있으며 아래로 땅의 基礎(기초)를 探知(탐지)할 수 있다면 내가 이스라엘 子孫(자손)의 行(행)한 모든 일을 因(인)하여 ㅌ그들을 다 버리리라 여호와의 말이니라

This is what the LORD says: "Only if the heavens above can be measured and the foundations of the earth below be searched out will I reject all the descendants of Israel because of all they have done," declares the LORD. Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD. |

● 나 여호와가 말하노라 보라, ㅍ날이 이르리니 이 城(성)을 ㅎ하나넬 望臺(망대)에서부터 ㅏ모퉁이 門(문)까지 여호와를 爲(위)하여 建築(건축)할 것이라
The days are coming, declares the LORD, "when this city will be rebuilt for me from the Tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the city shall be built to the LORD from the tower of Hananeel unto the gate of the corner. |

ㅑ測量(측량)줄이 곧게 가렙山(산)에 이르고 고아 方面(방면)으로 돌아
The measuring line will stretch from there straight to the hill of Gareb and then turn to Goah. And the measuring line shall yet go forth over against it upon the hill Gareb, and shall compass about to Goath. |

ㅓ屍體(시체)와 재의 골짜기와 ㅕ기드론 시내에 이르는 데까지와 東便(동편) ㅗ말門(문) 모퉁이에 이르기까지의 모든 밭에 이르리니 다 ㅛ여호와의 聖地(성지)가 되고 永永(영영)히 ㅜ다시는 뽑히거나 轉覆(전복)되지 아니하리라
The whole valley where dead bodies and ashes are thrown, and all the terraces out to the Kidron Valley on the east as far as the corner of the Horse Gate, will be holy to the LORD. The city will never again be uprooted or demolished." And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto the LORD; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever. |
